They did or they did not. Jury isn't out on this, so why not just state it as factual or not factual. I've noticed the timeline is behind, which doesn't discredit what he's saying, but it is off. Oil in Gulf could be a diversion to get people to move when they want.

We were under Martial Law on the Mississippi Gulf Coast after Katrina. It looked like a war zone here. Helicopters flying overhead constantly, U.S. Martials, National Guard, etc. patroling the steets, razor wire layed near the railroad tracks which lead to the beach where the highest concentration of damage occured.

Yes Manchildminister...I saw the map and the lower coast of Texax, all of Mississippi. Louisiana, Alaabama, Florida and Georgia are underwater.He doesn't specify a year or date....it's hinted it could be in 2012, but that's not concrete knowledge. He may know more than he's telling, but perhaps is fearful of someone knocking on his door ...like someone in the higher places of government.
