A true democracy is where the minority has no protection from the oppression of the majority. Better to have a republic than a democracy, where the inalienable rights of both the majority AND minority are protected.

It is available on CD, but I don't know where you'd get it. SinnFein released it but it isn't in their online shop anymore. I can't remember where I got mine but it is an original. Search Ebay. Failing that transfer the LP to your PC.
