  • Now this you can do everyday and it's not that many reps either. It's nice, light, and doesn't take a lot of time. I do some of these already combined with my jogging, walking, and Pilates. Excellent.

  • dayum girl your lunges are good, i fall to the side on my face when i do lunges. i'm more of a squats guy though mainly because i suck as lunges.
