  • does it work on a car thats fuel injected?

  • How does it work?

  • how does that work

  • @PRICELE5S its a serious of dumbshit were they blend stuff like ipods, radios look it up lol

  • i am deffantly gonna get one of thos kits put on a dodge challager 2010 model

  • will it blend?

  • how much is the kit?

  • did you have to take out your catalytic converter?

  • its a 6 sec clip asshole get it right! :P

  • @Mrdubstep69 you oviously dont livein america

  • why ?

  • idc these shits look 2 hard its going on my wishlist ^_^

  • Hey children, rodders were doing this as far back as the 50s. How many of you twinks have actually reached puberty? Guy with the ricer comment; read a book. Guy with the F40 BS; "due to being a very highly." huh, a very highly what? Read a book, delta alpha. And to the legal wiz; so it's illegal in "this world?" but what about the next? Fuktard.

  • then 5 seconds later 5 miles away you see what looks like a nuclear explosion...

    (wonder what caused that?)

  • thats so rice

  • '

    wow nice F-15E jet motor

  • This is a fuckin car, not a flame thrower

  • @TheStanimir You don't know what a flame thrower kit is, don't you?

  • this is for the tftf-kids

  • hahaha dont you mean ur dads s10???(comment below)

  • cool!

  • thatll go perfect with my park bench spoiler and mega gay neon

  • is this illegal in illinois? lmk guys im really close to buying one but i dont want it if its illegal

  • @JBIRD1996 everything is illegal, dont be a bitch and just do it!! :)

  • @Brandovibe im not a bitch im 14 with an s10 extreme. but i got it and i know it all now

  • @Brandovibe lol true dat!

  • @JBIRD1996 it is, rather obviously, illegal anywhere in this world.

  • @liawkaiping ya i see that

  • @JBIRD1996 off-road use only, illegal only on the road

  • @billdumdum Illegal in most states even off road ?

  • i did it on me accord with the ignition and me flames are purple

  • Your honda civic will never be jet powered no matter how many spark plugs and propane lines you stick in your muffler.

  • just stick a spark plug in the exhaust OR get a jap turbo/bmw....

    m3's spit like no tomarrow.

  • hamma krass bekommt man so was auch in deutschland ?

  • der war gut x'D

  • also nein oder ?

  • I think the hot licks exhaust flamethrower kits come 100% complete with a lifetime warranty where these are partial kits with a limited warranty.

  • that's nice

  • here in nc any car 35 years old or more u dont have to inspect..... high octane fuel and a lean feul/air mixture thru a non catalytic exhaust system can also do it at high revs.... that means FREE FLAME THROWER KIT FOR ME!!! minus the cost of the exhaust.... and before any one asks some places sell 100 octane gas.... :) <-- thats a devilish grin not a smiley face

  • lol lean air/fuel would make it less likely to happen...

and 100 octane gas is easy to get. premium gas + a real octane booster like "105" which is like 10 bucks a bottle and has no additives at all.

  • octane boosters do nothing... otherwise all those cars you see at the strip would be running cheap pump gas and 2-3 bottles of 105...

but no... they run race fuel which costs $15+ a gallon

  • high octane is needed for high compression, w/o the high octane, a high compression engine cant make power since the fuel ignites to the pressure alone and doesn't even wait for the spark. If you put high octane in a low compression motor, it does absolutely nothing better than pump gas.

    i have a Pontiac 400 with 13:1 comp ratio running ~100 octane, premium + "104" (105 was a typo)

    to simplify: octane =/= power

Maybe you should learn the purpose behind octane before you start being all brainy

  • i know what octane is, higher octane fuel is harder to ignite, but that doesnt change the fact the octane boosters are bs, have fun with the crud 104 leaves behind

the compression ratio is only part of what effects the need for higher octane

  • sic coulerd flame

  • Horribly spelt sentence.

  • never tailgate a rich redneck

  • lol allrite

  • @foshizelmcwizel a rich redneck is like saying santa is real

  • @varialkickflip101 Do you live in the south? I do. And I can tell you there are lots of rich rednecks down here. Especially at the gun shows. I bought my Viper from one that also owned a half a million dollar cigarette boat and a fleet of nice dump trucks. You can go to auction especially ones that sell guns and construction equipment and these rich rednecks show up in their expensive trucks and bid high. And no I am no redneck.

  • @varialkickflip101 LOL :D

  • very nice i like that

  • bout 120$

  • kit flame rules

  • HOW MUCH IS the kit

  • u can make um yourself message me and i tell you how

  • hey thanks... so hows it work

  • get you 2 coils run wries from the battery then run a wire to a switch inside then run wires from the switch to the coils then drill a hole in the exhaust pipe big enough for a spark to screw into then rev the engine to about 5,000 rpm then you make flames it works on my truck but i aint got a cat on mine and its dual exaust i dont know if it works on 4cyl but it does on v6 and v8s good luck

  • hey thanks so hows it work...

  • it burns the un burnt gas that your motor puts out your exhaust.. i think the autoloc kit may have some resistor that hooks in with your engines coil wire to make your engine not burn as efficient so it produces more unburnt gas which = more flame!!

  • how much money this?

  • what does the flames do??? nothing only show :S

  • Or you can let your fuel injectors spray too much?

  • Bunch of babies.. People have been putting flame kits on cars since the 50's.. Maybe earlier. They aren't trying to make it look real. They are just having fun.

  • I love real car flames from the heat it produces, but I TOTALLY FCKIN HATE FLAMING KITS, wich are only a spark plug in the exhaust, and the flames are not real engine flames, but flamethrower flames, they suck, the sound sucks, everything sucks.

Go hear the sound from a real engine flame like when using the ALS, that rocks, not this crapt...

  • I don't really see the point in sticking a flame kit on a car. It does look cool but only on something that does it due to being very highly. When a Ferrari F40 does it, it is cool. When a modded up Saxo does it, it isn't.

  • @DickyB79 can we get that in english please?

  • Just a story about this. A mate of mine found out how to do this on this ancient datsun of his. After a night of spitting flames, he was doing it again and the unburnt fuel that had accumulated in the muffler blew up. Absolutely hilarious!

  • we don't need to hear your fantasies.

  • indeed

  • I felt it was necessary

  • lmao

  • that would have come in handy when trying to drive through Philadelphia last week after the world series/ parade when people surrounded people's cars and started to shake them.[ just shoot some flames they'll leave you alone

Also useful for when you have some tailgating asshole on your ass

  • can you do this if you have EFI with no cat and no mufflers? with a pretty decent size flame? also is there any chance of this fucking up your engine?

  • yes. yes. yes.

  • how will it mess up my engine and what are the chances

  • hard to say %age wise the chance of it causing problems? the trouble comes form dumping massive amounts of unburned gasoline down your engine, typically you'll see more gas in your oil, and there is a chance it can pool in your exhaust system or otherwise cause problems.

the engine wasn't designed to run that way (not saying it's not cool, just pointing out a fact) so there's really no telling for sure what will happen when you start shooting flames out your exhaust pipe.

  • so the idea of just puttin a spark plug near the end of my exhaust tip and running a hot wire to it is pretty much out the window, thanks for the help

  • doesnt matter what the engine was designed for, we always use engine to do things they werent designed for. problems are over heating and washing oil off the cylinder walls while free revving with high rpm. make sure your temp is reasonable and change your oil frequently, dont free rev to high, especailly after a few minutes of flaming.

  • in order to get it to run on an efi application, you just need to interrupt the spark and keep the injectors pumping. really the same theory as a carb'd setup.

if you have an older vehicle, killing the power to the distributor is the easiest way to do this. modern applications with multiple coils and coil on plug vehicles would be much more complex.

  • best flames so far , can u gave me some details on kit and fuel mix? thanks man

  • i like adam's comment. ppl are always on our ass in CT.. tobad they are illegal here..but hey how knows unless you burn the dudes bumper!

  • I see this as one hell of a way to get rid of tailgater's, just hit the clutch rev it up and hit the button I doubt their sorry ass will be around for long after you shoot a 4 foot flame at them. I do it all the time in my 70 Eldorado also the fact that I run rich helps out.

  • sparks plugs in the pipes. Waste of fuckin money

  • Wow really plugs in the pipes? How you figure that out....my grandfather who was never into cars even knows how to build these. All you really need to do get a coil and run it switched off your battery and then to a plug. Costs free from a junkyard except for the welding....

  • THATS NOT A CAR ITS A PLANE O.O

  • LOL

  • plugs in the pipes....

  • thats fucking sweet i want that how much is that

  • that is sick

  • WHAT IS THE POINT OF THAT?!

  • Some one should parallel park and turn them on when they leave XD

  • haha

  • so cool

  • This will really eat away the inside of your engine. I know the fire is in the exhaust, well the spark plugs halt so only fuel pumps through and another plug in the exhaust ignites that fuel. It washes your oil out yes. Do not do this, it is realy stupid.

  • u cant ignite burnt Air and fuel you tard u have to hook it up through the engine

  • No you dont fucking tard the air coming out of the Exhoust is Flamible! Thats why you can Put a Lighter to the exhoust when someone is reving it. Try it and you will know what your talking about man. I have them so i think id know what they are ok?

  • amen

  • Thank you!

  • this kit works by cutting the ignition to the plugs so unburnt gas goes thru the exhaust and gets ignited by a spark plug

and a new cars exhaust wont ignite unless something is seriously wrong... works for a car that is running to rich

  • you got it right, except in this particular setup he isn't cutting ignition, i saw the whole show on tv. but generally they do cut spark.

  • i seen the show too, and i could have sworn that's they system he used, kinda sounds like it in the video too.

some systems have an injector in the pipe ( crappy "cheater" system in my opinon) and i would assume you could do it by fattening up the fuel curve drastically...

  • is this just a spark plug in the exhaust? then u run the engine rich?

  • how much do flamethrowers cost??

  • $99999.85

  • ha its from the show trucks

  • do they fuk up ur ride?

  • you divert power from your engine coil to the ones in back, so the engine doesn't spark and raw fuel rolls down your pipes, you end up with fuel mixed in with your oil from the cylinders and it washes the oil off of whatever it touches so you need to change your oil more often.

  • thats not true, they just have a spark in your exhaust that lights up unburned fuel.

  • which is exactly what I just said. where do you think they get the spark? from the ignition coil, note the engine ceases revving when the flames light, because it's not receiving spark, thus you have 8 (if you're a man) cylinders of gasoline that's washing off the oil rather than burning.

  • there are ways to do it where you can keep you're engine revving while it throws flames, but this needs extra coils, solenoids, fuel lines and such, odds are if you're looking into bolt-on kits you're not up to plumbing that kind up.

  • i saw that episode, they put that on an old chevy

  • its called firedragon. you can install in in any car

  • autoloc sells the flamers

  • from that show trucks that used 2 come on spike tv

  • shophyperformance

  • lidl

  • hi jus wonderin where u got the flamer kit from??
