The mentions of longevity issues amaze me. My skin has a hard time getting 8 hours out of Le Male, yet I sprayed this on my wrist yetserday night at 8:00PM, took a shower and still smell it now at 4:50PM :O

I am with you in the idea of being sweet but not too sweet and this describes Diesel-Fuel for Life well.

I could smell a fuel-life character in it too. I'm not sure whether it is only me but I found other fragrance lovers pick this up too.

Fragrances tend to smell better and last longer on the skin versus spraying it on your clothes. Some peoples skin might not hold fragrance well. It is rare. Then would advise spraying it on your shirt.

We now have Fuel for Life Summer Limited Edition. lighter than original but quite good for summer. They replace the woody note with fruity. Hard to get it at the moment.

Only the brave a good but fuel for life is great! Brave is more for hs kids. It's just like every other good smelling fragrance out there. Nothing too deep and special about it. Fuel for Life is more of a younger crowd as well but for someone in their 20's and up. It has so much more depth and maturity to it.

I can't say I like Fuel For Life too much. After a few minutes, it just begins to "gas" you. The fumes are terrible.

The similarities I've found are Lacoste, Le Male, & Dirty English but in a blend.

It's just not for me. The bottle is neat though.
