1) The student was 16 years old, the age of consent, was was recently reported to have not had any sexual relations that day.

2) The "Fistgate" story in itself is a lie unto itself, but besides that, Jennings wasn't even there when it happened. You know what happened? A 12 year old kid asked what fisting was.
