Here is what I do understand. As long as there is money to be made off of low self image, This will not change. If there is no longer a perceived need to change ones appearance, the money will stop flowing.
not all men are know-it-alls and not all men understand your presseures as women. We have our own pressure too, so don't preach about how we don't get you when both genders live in their own selfish worlds

first of all, "feminists" are not a monolithic entity. secondly, 6 per year, in the whole world, really? thirdly, DYING is not the only way of destroying one's mind/body. people can have severe psychological distress or illness induced by these ideals without necessarily dying.
I'd rather die than live another year with an eating disorder. Hands down.
It's worse to be alive and in this hell than dead.
