this game LIEEEED to me. the movie says the entire way of life will end. however in the game theres only an explosion.

@johnnymccraze In the 360 version, I got an achievement saying "Don't cross the streams" but that only happens when you do damage to yourself using your own proton pack. I was almost certain actively crossing streams would make an explosion or game over.

@johnnymccraze there is an achievement called "Don't cross the streams" but you get it by harming your self with your own weapon.

I tried crossing the streams in the demo and nothing happend. All life as I knew stopping instantaneously while every molecule in my body exploded at the speed of light did not happen at all! >=[

I recently purchased this game and am pretty disappointed. The controls are cumbersome and sucky. There's virtually no freedom to roam...your path is laid out for you. There are way too many cut scenes...every 2 or three minutes. Way too much shitty comedy just to showcase the actors. No 2 player story mode. Graphics are amazing...but I would have rather they put more effort into gameplay and story.

All versions have an amazing story. The PS3 and X-Box versions go into better detail with it. The Wii and DS have the best gameplay, and the Wii in particular has 2-player co-op. Try them out.

It's cool that the Wii has the co-op. But I don't have a wii. Just the PS3. For the life of me I can't understand why they wouldn't have made a co-op for all the systems, especially the more powerful ones like the 360 and ps3.

well the version for those systems was ment to be more cenimatic for the ghostbusters fans alone while the Wii, DS, and PS2 versions were geared more towards the fans who were gamers. Fortunately the Wii is easy to get nowadays, and combine that with the lower price compared to the other systems, it should be no problem to get it. Same with the DS.
