Alcatraz no doubt s very scary bt may be only coz of its structure and well created ghostly stories.Bt really the movie ESCAPE FROM ALCATRAZ is one of the best movies i hv ever seen.

I feel like I got ripped off!!.. I literally just came bacxk from san fran and did alcatraz tour on 04/11/2010...rained the whole day, but we didnt get to go into half the places they're showing on this vid... I wanted to see all the haunted places!..we only got into the big house ands there was no guided tour..anyone know how to get the "haunted tour" set up?

@tpbdragon1 The main reason why you don't get to go to those places is because most of them are structurally not safe. The citadel, which is right under the cell house, is very dangerous. If your head hit the beam hard enough, it can collapse. And no, there is no haunted tour. The video above is a specially organized event. The haunted stories have nothing to do with the National Park Service.
