  • I hafta say...after all these years, at 69 years old, Lou Reed is doing very well indeed. He could be in a rest home by now, but thankfully for all us fans, he is still rocking! And doing a very fine job of it at that!

  • I know it sounds crazy but he looks like a 30 year old.

  • @ashtongrist he looks like a guy whos getting on 70 tbh.

  • Nice vid thanks - wish I'd brought my camera but thought they wouldn't allow them - Doh!

When Lou said "Remember this is live, not cd or mp3" I thought "Not at the moment Lou, but but by this time tomorrow...."

We were 4th row from front and he looked very frail - never realised what a short-arse he is either. The drummer looked to be really loving it all!

  • @thekwaze Allways take your camera to a gig - At worse you have to walk back to the car and leave it there - 9 times outa ten if you just put it in your pocket your sound : ) ... Take spare batterys too! : (

  • @IndoorsunPaul

Will do in the future - What makes it more irritating is that I recently bought a new one that records full HD video and has a wicked zoom......Bummer!

  • Great, thanks!

  • Great! Thanks for recording e post.

  • Nice, I recorded Venus in Furs, although i was quite far back, the audio's still good

  • What a fantastic gig - thanks for posting the videos. This song is "Senslessly Cruel".

I've been a fan since the early 70"s and was blown away with this concert.

  • Superb recording mate! cheers!

Was there last night and heard them sound checking "Venus in Furs", so knew we were in for a good night:

He played a few obscure numbers (no transformer or Berlin), but it was a superb night. the acoustic set in the middle was somethin special with "Sunday morning, think it over." BRILLIANT

He was just amazing - never thought I'd ever see him live - what a privilege to be there. geordie john. thanks again LOU
