Ryan from Eibach would've allowed him to bring his in, but he decided to unload on the street near the train tracks and line up from there. He was asking to be towed anyway, driving it with expired tags and no registration on public streets.

So, it was never actually on private property. Either way, it sucks. If the tags were expired, give the guy a fix-it ticket and let him go. Don't tow it just because it's 50 feet away from private property.
