  • Either you're petite or the headphones are huge...I know that this video is OLD, but I hope you've enjoyed your trip to Cambodia as I was born there but raised is America... I ordered the PXC 360BT...I'll review once I get it.

  • u seriously should buy that cuz i have dropped those headphones like 1000 times and still best at bass and everything

  • This noise cancellation works by playing the ambient noise inverted on the speakers, so of course it needs the battery

  • panasonic rp htf-600 ftw, beats pretty much any 2x-3x more expensive Sennheiser hands down. Used to go by the technics mark before but its still the same good old piece of headphone pure power.

  • CAMBODIA!! I LOVE THAT PLACE :)

  • This one looks cool actually...

  • I'd take your head anytime! Yeah, so what?! I'm being nasty... it's a compliment. You're pretty. Nice review! :) Thanks

  • Is there much difference in sound quality and bass between the 'Bose All Around Ear Headphones' or this?

  • I enjoy your personality.

  • I wish that goddamn pig in the geico commercial would die. And No I won't be saving shit with geico so fuck off wanker.

  • @Pandoraforlife i only like geico cuz of the gecko i dont even use their company. lol

  • The big feature of Beats by Dre and Bose QC noise cancelling phones over sennnheisers PXC is that when the battery runs out they (bose and Beats) switch automattically to MUSIC CANCELLING mode which could be very handy for poeple who don't like music. -;) .

  • @TheYass93 It took me like 3 minutes to realize that said "MUSIC CANCELLING" then I realized it was a joke xD

  • @ninjasquidface Haha.

  • i got mine for 100pounds

  • what are the difference between the PXC 350 and pxc 450 in terms of sound and features???

and is the price worth it??

  • Nice review overall !

Good pace...not too slow, not to fast either. You kept me informed on the most important aspects.. cost, value, battery life, comfort, practicality for travel etc..

Just would have liked to know more on the sound quality, that is, how the 350's manage the lows, mid tones and highes etc across different music genres.

But otherwise keep up the good work!!

  • @TheAlexander356 lmfao for like 5 min.

  • plz tell me the ultimate sound isolation headset (under 140 USD) plz save a human.

at least good sound isolation than gamecom 367 (G35 was bad sound isolation than 367. you have to know it.)

  • pause at 2:05

  • @TheAlexander356 imfaozomg

  • @TheAlexander356 +1 internets for you sir :D

  • CAMBODIA!!!... im surprised you didnt get arrested for looking like a futuristic space loon wearing those.

  • Can we get this review from a man so we can take it seriously?

  • 250 pounds?#*! jesus.....does it include a holiday package to Cambodia with suzie the hippie girl?lol

  • holiday in cambodia? lol wow someone knows how to party.

  • That was good review.

Dont know if you're famous but you oughta be.

  • say, does someone know If I can use them wireless only for their noice cancelling function...and if they could block out the sound of moving chairs on a stone surface? thx great review

  • Yes You Have A Weird Head Indeed.

  • Is there a difference between the PXC 350 Sennheiser and PXC 450 except the talktrough feature? There's a 100$ difference so I bought the 350 instead of the 450. Is the PXC 450 has better sound quality?

  • so what music do you listen to recommend me an album..

  • I am chinese, so i don't give a motherfucking shit about her accent.

  • omfg your saying an english girl has an accent? she is speaking english with very little if no accent. check your history.....oh no you aint got none your fucking americans.....

  • @starbase18 eh, no need to get aggressive towards the american history. Although i am canadian, i'm just saying =o Just saying, not trying to "aggravate anyone :)

  • @FoShoElectroniX your right m8, i apologize sincerely :)

  • @starbase18 haha no problemo =]

  • for those who say her accent is ho, i think it is fucking annoying to be honest.

  • I love that accent ;D

  • So what about the most important thing? The sound, whats the sound like! lol

  • Nice girl, nice review! ;)

  • daaamn i wish more girls in america had accents like that ;)

  • good review. What would you say about the sound quality??

  • @poondoonproductions Hmm, sound quality on these are extremely well, although i can say i have heard better. :)

  • ummmm do these work for xbox 360?

  • @LENO0X does the xbox have a headphone jack? usually headphones are universal, with few changes between mp3, studio equipment, amp, stuff like that. But obviously you won't be able to use it for a mic haha, But yes, they should work if it has a head phone pluggin :)

  • @FoShoElectroniX xbox headphone jack is 2.5mm. Standard headphone jacks are 3.5mm, so no it would not fit. You would need an adapter, which are cheap.

  • @kook333 ooh haha okay, thanks for correcting my mistake =] never knew that about the xbox :O kinda lame, but it's all good if they are cheap....probably just a profit scheme :P

  • i believe you were putting the headphones on backwards. that mite account for the weird fit. the chord generally goes on the right side for the convenience of DJ's and professional audiophiles.

  • @Airsoftfun371 The cord is on the right side of her head :)

  • 40 hours on 2 AA bats? that's crap.

gonna be burning through alot of batteries.

  • its not like u use it every single day

  • lol, do they plug in tho? so you don't have to run off batteries?

  • @1981z28camaro always have to have batteries for the noise cancelling, the power for the noise cancelling is not supported by the mp3 or ipod =\

  • @FoShoElectroniX they should use Lithium batteries.

  • @1981z28camaro true indeed, although it might be cheaper to get a set of rechargeable batteries =]

  • @FoShoElectroniX yeah probably, lol

  • Wow. This girl is definitely hot!!!

  • Thats not a long cable I have one of 3 fkng meter that's annoying!

  • did you take the dead kennedys with you?

  • LOL

I was hoping i wouldn't be the only one to catch that

  • does this leak outside noise, as in. people can hear what you are listening to?

  • planin on using these for porn i see?haha

  • HAHAHA! LOL. maybe. :> :)))

  • same here co'z of my room mate.

he might hear it as well......

  • what reng?

  • Question: i love listening to my music REALLY LOUD (like max volume) and i wanted to know if people could hear my music if i listen to it that way in for example the bus with these headphones

  • Max volume? As in the level at which you start damaging your ears? Then yes, people can hear it outside.

If you are truly suicidal in that direction, a proper IEM (ear canal models) will do that. Like the ones by Westone, Shure and Etymotic. They are better than noise cancelling ones in that they guarantee that you go deaf if you go max volume, while people outside won't hear your music.

  • my bad its cuz i was born like half deaf and i got to put the ovlume 2x louder so i can hear it lol. thank you very much for your answer.

  • not if you have the noise canceling part on

  • lawl

"sorry sennheiser, i have a weird head"

  • The headphones are hideous o_o

  • They are amazing sounding though. But yeah... they are pretty repugnant.

  • oh my goood! youre cute!

    Please have my babies!

  • ive got the pxc 450's definately worth it the sound is amazing but they are friggin huge.

  • 230 Pounds! Punch me in teh face!

  • headphones go all the way up into the 000's ;).

a 23 pound pair of headphones will be filtering out a lot of the frequencies youll hear on a decent set.

The HD-380 pro, look identical to these, but they dont have noise cancelling circuitry, and go for £95 online.

  • LET US FUCK!

  • LOLLLL

  • haha wtf. we are suposed to take this review seriously when you say they dont fit right...and you put the left earphone to your right ear?

  • sexy time!

  • Great review! I happen to agree with you about the long cable - I have a pair of Sennheiser earbuds which also have a very long lead and it seems to get tangled on just about everything which can be frustrating at times.

  • i received my new pair today! Thumbs up on these headphones.

There's construction going on on my floor at work this week which is infuriating. But I put these on and listened to my music at mid volume and hardly heard the saws and drills at all!

Later, I wore them home during my commute on our lovely New York City subway and streets. Although I could lightly hear the sounds around me, they were not interfering w/my music. The music was crystal clear and 100% unaffected by the city around me.

  • can you comment on the level of leakage these headphones will give, at the highest volume possible xD

  • when the volume is bumped up there is quite abit but your deafening you ears doing that XD

I love these as you can turn the volume down abit , this gives no leakage even on the train !

  • hmm, your talking about isolation xD

leaking is where sound from the headphone is found outside it.

the way to test for leaking is just to put up the volume, and clamp the headphones onto your knee, or a cushion, and see how much you can hear.

  • Hi, there's no leakage. Maybe 1%? Seriously. To test (which I did as soon as I got them), I put my music up as high as possible and put my headphones around my leg and MINIMAL/close to zero sound leaked out. I actually had to lean in to hear anything. Leakage was a concern for me since I don't want to disturb my subway neighbors. You will have nothing to worry about in that regard with these Sennheisers!

  • they have a long cable because they are for professional applications not canceling out the noise on a plane . think more canceling out the noise of a drum kit when a band is tracking a song in the studio. very good headphones tho

  • The PXC series from Sennheiser is a part of their travel line. They're are designed to be used by frequent and long-haul flyers.

  • as a studio engineer i can see the use for them when tracking drums tho

  • 250 pounds? That would break your neck as soon as you put them on!

    (Relax -- just funning) LOL

    U.W.

  • x-)

  • @unklewink lol

  • @unklewink were you dead

  • @greenwall100 you guys and your typical comments... incredible. lol.

  • @greenwall100 i this what your parents teach you

  • Nice review, and slightly amusing XD.

  • A headphone amp is nice thing with these, even a relatively cheap one. There is a hiss that you can easily hear when the noise cancelling is on, which can drive me insane if I'm working on a project. I like the long cable (which detaches btw) If you *must* have noise cancelling cans, there are few better. The sound on these is much better than the Bose counterparts

Nice review, but I wish you'd covered the sound quality and mentioned the hiss, though it's true *all* NC cans will have that.

  • ugly

  • they look fkin beautiful.

  • ugly but high performance

  • severely daft comments here, feels like a grade school classroom with all the insults.

ordered a variation of these (PC350) a bit ago to solve a wide array of problems with my current logitech run of the mill headset. perhaps you could do a review of the PC 350?

  • I know im now responding to a really old comment, but can you please tell me what's your opinion on the pc350?

  • Not bad. Currently for about a 100 here in the States.

  • £230....wow that's pricey for gaming headphones.

  • £140 off amazon

  • £110 now :O

  • I know its a late reply, but..PXC are no gaming headphones. These are for travelling.

    Mind the X.

  • I forgot what I said for you to reply to, but they look good enough for me. I don't use gaming headphones much anymore.

  • Yeah, I just meant the PXC are no headset :P

A good set of headphones + amp and additional microphone is far better than any gaming headset.

  • They feel weird because you put them on the wrong way around at 2:45 you can see the cable should be on the left!

  • haha that is totally true :D

  • Next time when you're reviewing headphones, please wear it a bit longer and show the front and side look of it.

It's unbelievable hard to find the preview of the headphones on the internet of being wear, since it'll tell the size and proportional quickly.

  • hey cutie

  • Quick question guys: Can someone directly connect a senheisser650HD to a laptop without any sort of adapter, or the like?

  • It was a while ago, but I'm pretty sure that they had a standard 3.5" jack, which should happily connect to the lineout or headphoneout slot of your laptop.

  • They come with a 3.5mm adapter. However, they are 300ohm cans so you will definitely need a headphone amp.

  • Let's fold headphones together.

  • dude bose sucks period. just because they have a commerical...and everyone that was new to headphones got it and says theyre good but they suck.

  • +1. Bose is horrible.

  • I just have one question: how do they compare to Bose's quietcomfort 2?

  • Quietcomfort is overpriced as hell ~ for the price you can get a pair of studio headphones that block out more then humming

  • just took delivery of a pair :)

    £129 from DABS :)

  • Great review..Thanks for sharing.

I purchased a pair of PXC450's and am waiting delivery, which should be in a couple days.

  • I've the PXC 450, they're fab! Got mine for only 180 quids.

  • Haha, holidy in Cambodia!

  • Your head looks fine to me in fact I'd say your ptetty hot actually

  • Great review, I've been looking for a good pair of noise canceling headphones.

  • next time comment on the quality of sound..thats usually a high regard when buying headphones

  • uh any headphones can be used for gaming you twit.

  • Indeed, but it's not a gaming headset. If you wanted one for gaming, you'd look at something like the Alienware Ozma 7s. These are specifically branded as travelling headphones, therefore they get reviewed as such.

  • which is understandable but if you do go to international tournaments you do want to use the same headphones you are used to etc with gaming. Sennheiser HD280 professional headphones are used for recording, monitoring and mixing but yet we use them for gaming along with the hd 555's and so forth....

  • You don't use headphones for mixing.

  • To quote Sennheiser regarding these headphones: "The PXC 350 is a circumaural high-end travel headphone set with NoiseGard™ Advance technology for active attenuation of ambient noise."

So yeah, thanks for the well-balanced comment, but these are in no way gaming headphones.

    Susi

  • It's probably designed to fit on a big man-head: it won't be a matter of strange head-shape, but rather will be a bit sub-optimal with daintier people, I think.

  • This is a good balanced review. This is what I expect from Shinymedia.

  • huh those arn't the Samsung G800 lol.

  • That is a very good point. I could just leave it... Nah.
