@KrakPoT13 hey. Sorry, but no, the p-51 is about the same speed as the corsair. You might want to try the E-flite P-40. It is a great little plane that is larger than a micro, but still small enough to fly most anywhere, and it runs on a 2cell brushless setup(or 3cell, but I fly it on 2cell and plenty of power), and it can handle some wind, but of course, the less wind, the smoother the flight.
hey just wondering what battery your running and how are you mounting it in there so its balenced i got 2250 45 cell i had lying around so i want toput them in it so if you could give me some ideas that would be great
hey i had my maiden flight for this p-51 BL today i need to set dual rates, it has alot of throw for the 2nd closet hole and stock ailerons were slow. i moved those in to the 2nd closest also. I am going to see if she flies better tomorrow i figure if my rates on low are at 75 then hi is 100 she will be fine.... still no rudder i dont realy need it though
@pofrani I'd recommend a high wing trainger that is 4ch, like the Apprentice by 15e E-flite before going to a faster warbird; however, if you have some simulator time on a 4ch plane, you may be just fine with the p-51D BL. But I'd say at least use a simulator with 4ch before you fly the 4ch plane... even if just using a simulator at a hobby shop for a bit.
@Aero2121 I think I answered you in another post. The Messerschmitt flies kind of like a brick(feels really slow/heavy), and it is a little harder to do fast rolls and loops with(but it can do them just fine!). The T-28 and P-51D BL are very comparable in flight characteristics. They both fly super smooth and are able to do most aerobatics. Either one is a great choice!
Thanks. Yes I did install the optional rudder - I have a video showing how to do it also - check it out! :) As for the plane, it is AMAZING! I love it. Has a great feel in the air, and is super responsive! Just great! I really don't have anything bad to say about it.
Looks like you in the bushes hiding from the Mustang.

nice flying. Did you install the optional rudder? What do you think of this plane? I am thinking about getting this plane.

nice flight...at first i thought you were going to overshoot the landing, but you still pulled an incredibly smooth landing. Awesome job

Yea, I was going to actually if I kept straight. I pulled up to slow down just a bit before landing. Thanks for your comment! :)

Awesome flight vid and another smooth landing!

Nice flight.
Camera girl is improving!

yeah. 2nd half the plane was followed well but it needed to be zoomed in just a little more, the plane was a little hard to see clearly.
