Yeah I thought the same thing when I first saw Gungrave, but I don't think the same people that created Gungrave made Hellsing. Trigun and Gungrave were made by the same people though.

Hmmm, I will say this: What I would do is buy Hellsing first, and then later on get Gungrave. But if you haven't seen Gungrave yet, I recommend you buy it first! And it's really hard for me to say which one is better... I like them both! Gungrave just has more episodes...

the person who created the hellsing manga also did trigun as well so if gungrave and trigun was created by the same person and trigun and hellsing was done by the same person then that means gungrave and hellsing were both created by the same person

Yasuhiro Nightow made Trigun, Kouta Hirano Made Hellsing, and Kōsuke Fujishima and Yasuhiro Nightow made Gungrave together...
