They talked to child support and said it was suspended cause you have an arrears, we can't help you. I thought why? Cause I love my son with my heart and not my penis?
So the other day I got pulled over for a tail light being out. The next thing I know my car is impounded and I'm in jail for driving on a suspended license. They said child support suspended it for not paying. I missed work the next day, looked bad that I was in jail.
Oh yeah, almost forgot... I get paid bi-monthly and child support garnishes my wages every check. I have an arrears for the years I was unemployed and homeless. My son has lived with me the passed 5 years. He's 9.

Think about this...a woman has a child. She gets public assistance. They immediately come after the you. You say "I'm not on welfare and I don't want my child on welfare". So the other day I got pulled over for a tail light being out. The next thing I know my car is impounded and I'm in jail for driving on a suspended license. They said child support suspended it for not paying. I missed work the next day, looked bad that I was in jail.
Oh yeah, almost forgot... I get paid bi-monthly and child support garnishes my wages every check. I have an arrears for the years I was unemployed and homeless. My son has lived with me the passed 5 years. He's 9.

The EX her mother is on section 8 and welfare and married with tax refund on top with 2 more kids and she also working off the books.
The EX told this to the Judge on (April 2011)

Think about this...a woman has a child. She gets public assistance. They immediately come after the you. You say "I'm not on welfare and I don't want my child on welfare". The system says it's up to the mother. The mother has no job or education. She has no choice but to get on public assistance. You are taking care of the child but since she's on welfare they garnish your check, suspend your license and take your passport just because you had sex with a fucking bum. Everyday in America!

I have a class B CDL and can't find decent work that will allow me to pay my child support and give me a place to have my daughter come visit me. She lives in Oregon near Portland. Is there any work for honest folks anymore? I would move there in a heartbeat if I could get a good paying job w/benefits and have enough to meet my court ordered obligations and put a roof over my head.
