I saw the same thing this summer in daylight. There were at least 15 persons with me, and it stood above us for almost an hour, sometimes changing position. Also had the bright "spot" like in your video.

I do not think it is a lantern, I have watched hours and hours of footage, lanterns dont morph, also parts of it are moving independantly, this is an odd sighting but not unheard of

Well at this point in time, this video is being investigated by a respected space scientist and a ufo researcher. So i will update when we have more information on this. Thanks

I totaly beleive in alien space craft and all that but i see it with a scientific mind and this seem to me to be only a chinese lantern
You can see it swaying in the wind while drifting along the current
along with the lit flame underneith the balloon
