Notice: 3:44 The patch is on her left eye.

Now @ 6:29 it is on her right eye.

@ 6:06 He is receiving a message and reading it a few seconds later.

@ 6:21 Now look at his expression before he looks at her.

Apparently he got some sort of message about her, and it is probably going to lead into Dead Space 3.

I heard that the company went down though, so this might be it for Dead Space...
