Cut military! We don't trust military because there are too many war criminals are hiding there and their high ranks are being blackmailed into covering up for them. Earmarks to these group of people are making us, all people of the United States of America, very angry. If the military don't root out those bad apple in them, we shouldn't allow our government blindly giving away this huge among to the military.

This is all political showmanship. Claire knows that the sleezy majority leader Reid would not in a million years allow this bill to be passed. She acts like she has behaved fiscally yet she voted for a trillion dollar stimulus and a trillion dollar health control bill. She is merely trying to position herself as a "moderate" in order to get re-elected. Glossing over the fact that she "forgot" to pay half a million dollars in personal property taxes on her private jet among other things.
