@pimpmstr89 I don't see anything wrong with Protein; while some doctors do say that the benefits are negligible, it can only help so long as you exercise and hydrate. Creatine, which is a bit more dangerous, is perfectly fine as long as you make sure you are hydrated and eat right; long-term use may cause damage, but I'm not sure.

I like how some spotters think if you make the last rep as hard as possible, it will make you stronger and gain muscle. at that point it is all ligiments and tendons doing the work. assisted reps need to stay at the same speed as a regular rep, so the muscle can do the work.

I could do the weight he is doing right there on a max, but most likely not pushing that bar off my chest multiple times like he's doing. Dude is busting his balls way to hard. He should get a real personal trainer and in a few months that boy will have perfect form as well as add 3 pushes to what he's doing right here in his video.
