  • He weighs less than 200. Damn.

  • good if you arent on roids

  • wow this dude is taking some creatine with some serious protein that has creatine in it then on the side of that he's taking hgh c'mon this isn't possible if you were 200 soemthing pounds and were taking no supplements. the proof is right before our eyes. he's on a whole lot of supplements.

  • @pimpmstr89 I don't see anything wrong with Protein; while some doctors do say that the benefits are negligible, it can only help so long as you exercise and hydrate. Creatine, which is a bit more dangerous, is perfectly fine as long as you make sure you are hydrated and eat right; long-term use may cause damage, but I'm not sure.

  • keith still a beast tho

  • I'm surprised he's wearing gloves? Is that only because he's a WR and needs his hands a certain way?

  • @YYZFAQs no sum ppl just lift with gloves on to prevent blisters and scars

  • Football players benchpress a little diffrent then professional weightlifters, the technique is a little diffrent but same concept ive been taught this at every highschool and college including the ones i play for

  • his form isnt PERFECT but its not that bad..theres a lot worse on here....

  • whats that weight in kgs

  • @county582 142

  • Whoever spotting him is a dumb ass!!

  • Good power bro...keep it up.

  • Not bad for a guy that weighs a little over 200.

  • Javier Arenas bench press 425

  • no?

  • Yeah, lifting his ass off the bench isn't "correct form", but who gives a shit? This kid just repped 3 plates as a rookie wideout. Everyone bitching either needs to post vids of themselves doing the same "correctly" or shut up.

  • for all you body builders, football players are supposed to make the bench an explosion workout by recruiting other muscles to get more of an explosion rather then a controlled down and up movement like bodybuilders who only want muscle size

  • Great strength comes with great responsibility...haha. you related to superman?

  • this is crazy a WR doing this shit and a rookie wow very impressive his strong (not saying all Wr or weak)

  • Wow! All you haters down below are talking all this shit, but I don't see you guys posting any videos of you guys repping out 315. Oh, and FYI, look at the title..he's a rookie WR...now, how many of you guys know a WR in the NFL that can do that? So hating and give this guy some credit or else post a video of yourself knocking out 315!

  • Not hating. Just speculating.

  • I like how some spotters think if you make the last rep as hard as possible, it will make you stronger and gain muscle. at that point it is all ligiments and tendons doing the work. assisted reps need to stay at the same speed as a regular rep, so the muscle can do the work.

  • umm...actually not true.

  • tell that to louie simmons

  • @FormPolice

I hate it when people spot me and they leave me hanging..it destroys my shoulders!

  • not impressed

  • I honestly don't understand how people can come on here and hate on this guy he's fuckin benching 315 who cares if his form isn't perfect

  • @PhillyBlunt6988 Because if you have bad form, you can get seriously hurt. Even with a spotter. Who knows if a kid sees this and says to himself, "I guess I dont need good form to be able to get a good workout and get results". Next thing you know the kid fucks up his rotator cuff real bad. Yeah your form doesnt have to be perfect but that doesnt mean you shouldnt try to have perfect form

  • Your biceps are week Douche

  • keep ur ass on the bench...

  • thats pretty good for a wide receiver

  • damn this kid is an ATHLETE!

  • Im not hating at all but someone sit on his legs then see how many he can get. All in all you are very strong but your but is coming off the bench.

  • he's not in a lifting comp here.. he's a football player... and id imagine he wants to explode as much as he can... pretty sick stuff if you ask me

  • either way its still more than u can do

  • damn the way he's benching is the recipe to a hernia, but this fucker can jump into the back of a truck with sandals so who knows he may be superman.

  • so can i and i bench 170... he is superman--dark edition

  • I can push up 225 lbs 8 times who cares? This guy look like 225 lbs. I could do the weight he is doing right there on a max, but most likely not pushing that bar off my chest multiple times like he's doing. Dude is busting his balls way to hard. He should get a real personal trainer and in a few months that boy will have perfect form as well as add 3 pushes to what he's doing right here in his video. Homeboy still a monster but without them toe pushes he'll lose a few reps guaranteed.

  • damn dude nice

  • i was talking about jumping with sandals earlier haha i dont know where that comment went tho..

  • omg he is hot..

  • Tank.

  • did that #10 count?

  • is it possible in this day and age for people to idk just not be haters and try and tear other people down cuz they have nothing going for them in there own life..that would be amazing if people could see something someone is proud of and just say nice job but know your all crabs in a bucket as soon as one peprson tries to lift themselves out you gotta pull him back in cuz misery loves company huh.... you ae the joke my friend and my god have pity on your soul ....lmao

  • some of the worst form ever. this is a joke

  • You are right, the guy pushing out his lower back while lifting. If he doesn't adjust his technique he will be on the injured list by the time the nfl football season arrives.

  • @TheTrillz Wrong...arching the back a bit on heavy bench will not lead to injury. Admit it, you know nothing about sports training.

  • @randy0987 Answer to my fucking sprained back, asshole.

  • how so

  • hey thegurd you try putting 315 up that many times... you are the joke

  • @thegurd It's OK to cheat some if its done in the right way. Thats how sports training is done. This isnt bodybuilding he's doing, or a powerlifting competition.

  • BEAST.
