Actually you can sorta patent a vaccine but its either the method of production or the active antigens that are the patented parts, and the H1N1 vaccine's active antigens were patented a year and a half before the initial outbreak, though this is suspicious, keep in mind active antigens are shared by multiple strains, keeping it in shadowy territory as to weather it's compleatly artificial, took me forever to research that smear... [Ughh]

im not sure about this but I heard more than once that H1N1 shares RNA markers with multiple other strains of flu. Im concerned that this could be a compound bio-weapon, H1N1 being the 1st part that lies partially dormant in our genes (yes some viruses actually do that [AIDS]) while the other virus is waiting to be released and when the 2 are put together they create a 100% fatal disease.. That's the current paranoid eugenics stance...
