I do remember that Peaches (Brandy Wells) was often singing BG Vocals in the various tracks with FLB, Slick, & Sexy Cream, etc, etc... and many of the WMOT tracks that we were cutting at Alpha International Recording Studios in Philly at that time in production, and I'm pretty sure Brabdy was in on the BG Vocals here on the "Act Like You Know" chorus hooks, and as I recall, Brandy was also in on the "Handclap" tracks... many sessions overlapped. ~Gene Leone

This song is just amazing; always lifts my mood. On a side note: One of the issues I see with modern music is that most modern musicians aren't actually professional musicians (i.e. don't know much about music theory/composition/harmony). Most are essentially just puppets; that's why you could never have a song like this these days and why a lot of songs are sampled from around this time. No criticism just an observation.
