Why this name?

It's a joke on what I perceived to be the pretentiousness of reading existentialism and post modernism into absolutely everything I read in a university English course I took.

Thus I made fun of it by making a silly Lego movie and giving it the name you see now.

I guess they all had to die because as in most existentialism stories... there are deaths that are tragic and meaningless...

I really don't think you understand existentialism at all vondoucheking.Budgieboots made a film here really attuned to it;it's all about despair and suffering, because ultimately that's what life is.The guards represent order and authority trying to bring down this 'monster' who is in actuality man itself- chaotic and destructive;themes in existentialism.Look at an encyclpaedia to see what existentialism is before you attempt to try to understand its art!
