Trapping in ounce gloves, how innovative, another breakthrough concept no doubt. I guess that's why there's so many passive moves before a strike is landed. Enough said.
I say, keep training because you are on a good way. Relax abit more on the drills. And about the gloves, I guess they practice with gloves just to get used to it and apply it in a sparring session (for sports). I don't see a problem with people traning for sports.
I wish I knew how to do the close quarter counter moves you guys do just so I can do cool quick hand moves in front of people. That would be awesome. Nice video
i cant belive how many fat geeks are critising you, who care if there wearing gloves or not its still the same fucking movement, yer there not masters but there still pretty good, and yer bruce lee would turn over in his grave is he saw Noshad's mum
The guy with the afro is better than the other one. If you watch them, the bald guy moves around too much, wasting energy. Afro boy, if you watch, has more control over the centre line, but they both are guilty of being off centre at certain points, where it would make sense to be on centre.
This is bad--real bad. Do you wear gloves and practice in front of a punching bag so people will think this is real? And what's with the pajamas? Jesus, get real.
This is some of the best wing chun practice footage I've seen in a long time. They look really fluid. Also, he looks like he has training outside of wing chun. I just wish that they had actually made contact since they were both wearing boxing gloves.

-Gentlemen, RESPECT for what you know. Those who "Poke fun" at the martial arts do not truely understand how lethal they are. Over the years it has been both a blessing and a curse to be involved in martial arts. Most people give respect, but others are patience testers. I have never liked those who do not know, thinking they know. Keep poking a sleeping lion and eventully the lion will strike. May God help you if he does...
i dont know much about kung fu but to me your sticky hands look very impressive. get sum1 versed in muay thai to train with you or jus go of n have a holiday in thailand n train?!i dont care bout your bruce lee effects, if you feel it gives you power then it works eh? keep training guys oh go boxing for six months 2 good f gard ,power n stance is diffrent t thai
I'm not going to say anything besides that is a horrible spot for a Muay Thai Bag... not a bad place for a speed bag, or a heavy bag if your only plan is to punch, other wise kicks can only come from in front of or behind the bag unless the kick is to possess no power.
errrrr. R u guys tryin to be movie stars or something... too much posing in between movements... also the short guy needs to keep the hand he's not using around chest level and not at his hip... Because he lowers his hand there are a couple of strikes he doesn't block around 1:18min... Actually, the both of you aren't blocking some strikes 1:18 -1:30 min... In practice try to focusing on blocking... anyways guys, good movie;)
Where do they think they can be Bruce Lee? I think you are full of assumptions and someone trying to emulate him bothers you. And, the only way to become something, it to try and emulate it. So what you are saying makes no sense. That's like saying, you area fool for trying to be successful by saving money and thinking intelligently. Makes no sense.
sure bruce lee was the greatest martial artist of our time but theres plenty of ppl way better than bruce lee like guan yu zhao yun lu bu huo yuanjia wong fei hung fong sai yuk n many more bruce lee trained to make movies ppl bak then trained 4 war n nice kicks n block but sadly their punches was slow
The concept in JKD for the cross is to use the front foot to zone to the daigonal facing your opponent. The rear foot follows instead of being planted as in Karate. The establishes momentum for the follow through. Power is generate as the weight of the body travels forward.

Don't be an idiot, if you respect Bruce Lee then you should respect Yip Man, his teacher. Now Tsui Sheung Tin was praised by Yip Man as having the best understanding of the Siu Lim Tao form, and it's power generation by association. It's real clever to invoke the UFC in a forum about a video on JKD. Take a look at those spin kicks... MMA in it's essence!!
He wasn't off balance, those are real fighting techniques, not some thousand year old Kung -Fu "B.S." that gets destroyed in the U.F.C.
In boxing, the rear cross is more powerful if the rear heel is raised, that's how he proved, ask anybody about that, that knows boxing and they'll tell you the same thing.
I agree with hitter1, you do get more power when the heel is raised. When a right hand is thrown in boxing, there's more power behind the punch if the heel is raised, that's how Bruce proved that. Nobody said anything about disregarding,we're just saying that Bruce was correct. We don't need to watch who you mentioned, because we watch Bruce and that's power. Bruce used to sidekick heavyweights and knock them down. That's true power.
Yeah, yeah, yeah, thousands of years of chinese martial paractices are to be disregarded because of one man who had an idea that a bunch of fools made an art out of against his wishes... watch Tsui Sheung Tin if you want to see power.
raising the heel up actualli produces more power than having your foot flat this has bin proving through bruce lees art of jeet kune do if u think that bruce lee was wrong than ur a fool and know nothing of fighting neway

Against somebody in a proper stance with relaxation and focus and structure - he will stand no chance.
He has no power since he is off balance 99% of the time.
It really hurt me to watch this.
