@KangaroosReviews This real 1987 suicide of Bud Dwyer in Pittsburgh, PA. He committed suicide the day before sentencing on official misconduct charges. American law is odd in that a defendent isn't considered convicted until sentence has been passed (not just having had a jury vote "guilty").  He did this so his family could collect his pension (he was never "convicted"...). I feel sorry for him, he wasn't the most guilty - those raced to "make a deal" with the proscecutor.

i first saw this on a pirated dvd i bought called murder, death, kill. this was one of the first clips on it. i had no idea what the context was until tonight when i found out who the guy was and what was happening. anyways, that dvd i bought was terrible, it had backyard wrestling on it and stuff. how the hell has this not been taken down?
