i bought this. my cat will not respond. he is 11 years old. and is fat and kind of unhealthy. will it work on him? you said it would work on 99% of cats. i hope it wasnt a waste of money.
oddly enough the music made my cat jump right up on my lap.
i thought at first it was supposed to be the music that did it.
