  • @XxXSceneTasticXxX it is normal to favor one side, that just means u r dominant right, and need a little more work on the left C: i am the same way, dont worry, its normal, lol

  • @XxXSceneTasticXxX it is bad because then one leg will be better than the other. you want them to be equal. just make sure to excercise both legs equally and you will be fine.

  • Usually I would agree with you 100%. I generally hate when people criticize youtube videos. However, when someone is doing an instructional video that is different. If you are instructing or teaching others, you should have correct information and good technique. Both of which are lacking here.

  • hmmmmmm well thurr pretty cheap at walmart n stuff but u could always get an old matress n have a family member or friend help ubut jus practice them alot n theyll get betta without using hese excercises.

    sitting in ur splits for a full minute helps too

    and building up your muscles is good for improvement.

  • nothing improves your jumps better than just doing the jumps themselves. what better way to work EVERY muscle you use during the jump than just doing the jump? people want some secret exercise to improve jumps, but the secret is THERE IS NO SECRET. just do the jumps, do a lot of them and do them often.

  • no need to be rude. this accually does help. it strengthens the muscles so thatt when you do do them they get better

  • but you waste time because you build muscles by just DOING the jump. and that way you don't get just ONE at a time. you get them all. trust me, i know a thing or two about building muscles. i'm in my final semester of Physical Therapy school.
