Its one of those drones that the military uses to spy on the enemy, and the average person. Whether it is our military deploying this saucer remains to be seen, (or not).

I like how the cameraperson is walking toward the apparent UFO. I also like
how the outside ring around the UFO is lit up then darkens. It may in fact be fake
but it was painstaking to do it.
