@connor8001 they would, take amsterdam for example people buy it in shops and their really is no black market for mj there. Here there is a high market therefore they will sell it for their price. The government steps in and charges X amount for taxes say 50% (about that of a standard cigarette) so your mj that you buy for 5$ becomes around 10$ dealers will sell for that price because well why the hell not and in the end you still pay more maybe not 50 but you get the idea

EVERYTHING would change. people that drink might try weed now its legal, people that smoke cigarettes might switch because its a healthier alternative, and weed smokers could smoke w/o the paranoia that ruins the high most of the time. people who are innocent/"good" people still wont change and wont do any of the above. its all personal choice
