  • Thank you so much for the assembly!! Helped a lot.

  • thanks for making the assembly video,it realy helped me.d

  • Where do i find the food grade ones?

    What department

  • @freddyglovebuilder You can find it at amazon by searching "food grade silicone." It comes in a green can made by CRC. You can search for it at a hardware store, but you'll be very unlikely to find it. I found it only after visiting 5 stores. You're much better off buying it online with another cube order from Amazon.

  • when i tried to lube mine it almost broke :[ and now i have a funky cubit that sticks out

  • @trackl3gs Are you sure that you have a Lan Lan 4x4? They all glide within a track that's the same depth throughout, it seems impossible that one might stick out, unless the piece itself was ruined in your attempt to lube it. Or, you put the right edge piece in the left place, and the left edge piece in the right place. I've never tried that, but I'm sure it wouldn't be good for the cube.

  • @instantpestering no it's rubiks brand

  • does food grade silicon melt plastic? thanks for the vid. i just got a lan lan 4x4, and this really helped. thanks a ton.

  • @youshallnot Not that I'm aware of. I've tried to make it melt (soften) plastic, I couldn't. Alternatively, I tried some of the heavy duty stuff on an old cube, and I touched one piece... it left my fingerprint permanently in the plastic. Once the solvent evaporates, the plastic will become hard again, but it might have been disfigured in the process. It is easier to obtain heavy duty, I admit, but we all buy our cubes online anyhow, why not food silicone too? Thanks for the compliments!
