Actually I am an amateur boxer and I box and do heavy ass circuit training and primetime workouts. I have two awesome trainers and I sparr at least every 2nd day and spend 3-5 hours in my boxing gym 6 days a week. The difference between boxing and UFC is MMA is similiar to checkers and boxing is more like chess.

And the cross can be thrown with the lead hand. Dont tell me you have never heard of a left cross. Jab, Right Straight, Left cross combo is one of the basic combos u learn on heavybg

yes you can throw a left cross...but not unless you are a south paw, or fighting out of a south paw stance..with your right hand out front..and your left hand the back hand....their are different kinds of punches that can be thrown with the lead hand...but mostly they are types of hooks, jabs, or uppercuts..I have never hear anyone call a lead punch either a cross or a overhand, even though, one could basically make the same motion with the lead hand.
