  • Mounting is not done behind the tiles but behind the woodwork where the tiles rest on. So the whole structure is mounted to the roof itself.

    I've got the same Clickfit mounting system for all my solar panels and I can assure you its very rigid and tightly fixed to the roof.

  • I would be a little worried about mounting panels to the tiles. What is the wind rating of this type of mount? It is an extremelyt quick and easy way of mounting, much quicker that the "Fast Track" type of mounting.
