@IBMeddling I remember those days as well. Although I do not condone it, I do appreciate the freedom aspects of those days. That said, its a lot worse with drugs and violence than it was "back then". By rights, kids these days should not be sent to detention, but tasered. The crimes in schools are getting worse and the "punishments" are getting more lenient. Of course we both are speaking of days when parents were parents, kids had respect and law enforcement wasn't like the gestapo.

Thsi kids really lucky they took his afke I.D. and didn't call the police because if they did he could be charged with a Felony (Not to mention being tried as an adlut because he's 17) why? because in some states using a fake I.D. is a felony, and even if it were a misdemenor in arkansas the fact that he changed his name automatically makes it a felony regardless of the state (I think) he could face (probably) up to 10 years in Sate Prison if they hadn't taken his Fake I.D. away from him!!!
