Life is unpredictable. Richard had no idea that September 28 would be his last day on alive. It is important to live each day positively. If you have any information on the peope responsible for this it is important that you speak up. Once a person takes the life of another person there's nothing stopping them them from repeating their actions. The next victim could be someone you love.
