Where did you get the adaptor that fit between the throttle body and BMC filter?

@Thelindsaymarissasho the 90 degree hose? that came with the BMC and with a jubilee clip to attach it to the throttle body housing.

BMC have universal kits.

Filter boxes are sold in different sizes, like CDA70-130, CDA85-150. For Honda D-Series CDA70-130 is the best but i have no information about others.
