  • im in the middile of the desert... oh look theres a wild horse. im just going to run after it and shout at it. even though the only encounter its evr had with humans was a nasty one it will still drink from my hand of course and let me pat it and everything. no biggie.

  • @BrittHollywood lol me too idk why tho

  • I love the sound when the horse walks over the stone ground ♥

  • can do better

no one can reach near a running horse

  • can do better

  • And she didn't notice the horse before? If I had been her, I would have noticed the horse right away and completely forgotten the water and probably would have fallen on my face, fainting from thirst, as I was running to him.

  • Its an arabian because only the arab horses can rise their tail up when running

  • @taphippo231 any horse can but arabs are more prone to doing it :)

  • @taphippo231

Many horses can do that actually, not just Arabians

  • my own tame horses wont drink out of my hands. there is no way a wild, untamed horse would drink out of her hands no matter how thirsty it was. ;-P

  • Yes but this is pretty good not as good as the comics thow who agrees

  • Disney could do better

  • I have bought some comics of The adverntures of the Black Stallion ( i think this is correct) and i love it, but is a shame that the movie is this poor because the comics are really good.

  • GO ARABIANS

  • wtf man shes actually gnna chase a horse!! A horse!! and shout 'hey where u goign , wait for me? like he can hear you, shit movie, niec horse

  • noooo dont chase a horse and run away from your only water supply!! a well that disney 4 u

  • If any of you people saw the prologue to this movie, you will know his Sire was Fresian :) Therefore, no he is not a pure bred Arab. Also they use many different horses for this one role. Stop arguing over stupid things. No horse is better than any other horse. They're all beautiful powerful and awesome creatures. Just enjoy the movie :)

  • @hawaiianpony Thank you :D Everyone just do what she said xD

  • @hawaiianpony Generally its really called an Arabian

  • @TheJingle11. A Frisian is not an arab....

  • @hawaiianpony I DON'T CARE!!!!

  • Y&es she has water, but what is she eating during those days??? She doesn't know where she is or where is her home.

Also, she is lost and lost her whole caravan with whom she was riding and doesn't even seem bothered by that... Oh Disney!

  • totally disney

  • no la tienen en español????????

  • @tomboy4always ... well duh . lol , he sure aint arabian >.<

  • @tallia18 I know , i ride arabians , and my boy looks more arabian than this little colt ... im just shocked that they WOULDNT pick a horse that loooks somewhat like an arabian , just to satisfy the horse freaks lol .

  • Ew why did they make this? The first was incredible, this is cheesy and annoying.

  • @zcdarktide why did you watch it then don't comment on things you don't like if you don't like it don't watch it ok

  • @petewentzlover101010 Obviously because I was curious about the sequel. And the comment section is here for a reason, I'll say whatever I want. Ok?

  • @zcdarktide whatever hater

  • YEAH great idea just walk up to a WILD stallion thats obviously STRESSED because it was seperated by its mother AND by the look of it hadnt had anything to drink for at LEAST a day GREAT plan lets go pet it /: i can see a small flaw in your plan...

  • @runswithlolwolves -

The girl did give it water, that would give the horse a small bit of knowledge she wasn't going to hurt him. Plus he kept finding her. Might have been curious to see what she was.

  • @Susukeyup5555555 yea you do have a point but the running up to it yelling "HEY! WAIT UP!" might have slowed it down just a little bit :P!

  • @runswithlolwolves -

    lol true

  • right... everyone is commenting on the horse and i know how much they have failed on that part... but did anyone else notice the fact that she is like 11 and she found water TWICE and lit a friggin fire... O_o

  • @adoptatellytubbie Umm I've been able to light a fire since I was 8ish, I'm a girl, I can also find water, build a shelter, and surivive bymyself in the wild if need be. Depending on how your rasied that isn't weird

  • that girl and that horse are very close -_-''

  • Within Temptation- Final Destination. I love that song! :D

  • That little girl is HELLA annoying.

  • @TEHFUZZEHONEZ is she had chased me and i was the stallion i would have turned and kicked her right in the face

  • LOL, this girl has to be some kind of horse expert. Approaches the horse looking it straight in the face, shouts and runs at it. A day later it's following her like a dog, I half expected it to lift it's leg at a bush. Horse Whisperer, eat your heart out.

  • I really dont appreciate how they mess up all the horse stories.... 1 the chic is supposed to be a boy, 2 the horse's name is Shetan, not Black, 3 thats not even close to how he was foaled, 4 it takes the BOY forever to earn SHETANS trust.

  • @fudgigulizle Theyy have changed it to our years not in the old ones

  • err wasnt he suppose to be arabian ?? wheres the dome shaped head ?? small , pointy features ?!?! the only way i could actually tell it was part arabian , was the way he held his tail when he gallops .

  • @SatansGirlie the arabians we see today are not what they used to be. the horses that they breed now where nothing like waht the breed started out as..

  • @SatansGirlie the horse was played by a quarter horse.....

  • @tomboy4always He's supposed to appear as a black arabian, since apparently he's the younger version of farleys horse. -shrug- Its stupid, his mother was a chestnut....

  • @tomboy4always your a moron and the horse is an Arabian not all Arabs are typey do some freaking research look at polish Arabians. Quarter horses are stupid Arabians rule.

  • @LillithDotcheva oh so now I am a moron for stating my thoughts? ok thenwell as a mater a fact Ihave doneresearch not to mention Ihave been around Arabians my entire life and I know that not all have reallydished faces for example right know I don't have an Arab my cousin does and he has much staiterface then most, for your statement about Quarter Horses being stupid I have 1 and I can tell u that they are not stupid U CAN SAY ANYTHING U WANT ABOUT ME BUT DON'T EVER SAY ANYTHING ABOUT MY HORSE!

  • @LillithDotcheva I have 4quarter horses and for the information, they're smarter then the most other horses!!!

Arabian horses may look nice but they're not as smart as the quarter horses!!!

  • @NemiFAN001 Not to be rude but all horses have there problems as well as perfections...Its just silly to single out a whole breed. I love arabians and find them to be very smart, but I also respect quarter horses they are fun to ride as well and also very nice horses. As well as the fact that the arabian horse breed is the oldest one out there and other breeds are desended from them.

  • @tomboy4always ummmm....? NO

  • @SatansGirlie the colt i believe, just it had a rather straight profile. They obviously didn't cast the best horses for the role.

  • well that girl has never seen a horse in her life the way she chased him

and how did she hold the water i can't hold water withou it dripping through my hands

  • well that girl has never seen a horse in her life the way she chased him

  • She approached him to fast

  • lol why is she chasing him, she is just scaring him away more

  • typical walt disney, just wont your money, no regard for continuation of story, even though, this is the begining of the story.

  • the black stallion looks like black beauty

  • that poor girl, all alone in the desert.

  • It would be wonderful if the horse chosen to play the title role looked more like a classic Arabian horse... small ears the tips pointing toward each other, 'neck like a palm branch', large eyes set low and wide in a head that looks like it has been sculpted, nostrils on the top of the muzzle, that can close like a camels' and open to 'drink the wind'...

  • i bet the horse is like UGH y did i follow

  • she would be starving by now!

  • If the horse was named Shetan, the name of the girl must be Tabari?

  • @MelonenHp no her name is Neera, i got really confused.

  • there are wolves in arabia

  • OK PEOPLE! its just a movio can we forget about the stinkin color of the horse please?

  • @LiVeLaUghLoVeR004 lol i agree.

  • @LiVeLaUghLoVeR004 XD yeah right ....^^I am always the right one for discussions like that but this here is ridiculous...:-D

  • wow people are stupid. black can= black.

Black may fade to white in cases like the lipizzaner.

Greys may be born dark or light grey and then fade. There is honestly so many different variations on the colors of horses, you can get to similar colors different ways.

  • is the water is only marage?

  • @ThunderHowls the big ocean of water was

  • yeah but only usually... my pony was born black and is still black and she is 16 years old. so i guess it can be different, but yeah, i do agree... they should do some research on the subject before making a movie!

  • I know this film was made for child audiences, but anyone who is "horse smart" knows that almost all foals born black turn grey or white as they age. The Black should've been chestnut as a baby.

  • yes, but thats probably why they called it the young black stallion.

  • ynow, young BLACK stallion

  • That is true. But i think they wanted to keep it consistant with the story of the black stallion.

  • not all horses turn white, that's why there are black horses such as friesans or a lot of others, Lipizzaners turn white but born black. why chestnut?

  • no man if born a chestnut, chestnut will be for ever! black is black and the dark gray tones like roans look kinda black and then will go greysh or white depending the case!

  • @CreatureBeast983 You mean 'mousy' colored, kinda grey/brown. It's true that MOST babies born with true black baby fur would fade to greys or whites, but it's not always true.

  • I think Neera is a Jewish girl . She said her grandfather sent her away because of the war. Who knows Nazis were crazy anyway

  • moron if u want a horse to come back u dont chase it DUH!

  • u should be noce who cares its just a film idiot

  • just stating the obvuiose ( i cant spell lol)

  • its so cute how the colt nickers at neera

  • this film is very annoying... if they had got better actors it would be great. The only good thing about it is the horses in it

  • :) i love how the colt follows that little girl around everywhere :))) Lol

  • what about the food?

  • how did she survive?

and how did she make thefire?

  • so to those that think shes a boy ,you all must of had girly voices to think shes a boy because shes clearly a girl.

  • noben divji konj nebi mel takega zaupanja v človeka

    English:

I think no one wild horse could have such trust to a human

  • Neera is a girl. lol notice in the beginning she had to keep the cloth around her face?

  • okay. seriously?! i doubt most horses would be that trusting at first

  • to tell you the truth alot are...it just depends on what the horse sees or senses in that piticular person

  • where does this girl get her food from?

  • Neera is a girl

  • a girl

    i think

  • so its a boy playing a girl?

  • uh no it's a girl playing a girl. DUH! where is this boy stuff coming from???

  • idk, i thought someone said she was played by a girl., oh welll :P

  • She's a little too energetic for someone who's been in that dessert for days without food and a bit of water.

  • COOL! sorry. i can´t not english.

    schönes video.

  • for a wild horse like that, the horse got used to humans really fast!!

  • A lot of this cinematography is copied from Caleb Deschanel and Carlo di Palma in the first 2 movies.

Kelly Reno had never done any acting either prior to being chosen for The Black Stallion, but he turned in a critically acclaimed performance because the filmmakers cared enough to choose someone who could both act and ride.

  • ""hey where youu going wait for me!"" ,,,well the horse isnt excatly going to turn around and tell you,,lets be honest x beautiful horse though :D

  • I thought that the horse was an shayga arabian.

  • @horses904 it is lol

  • @horses904 No and it is Shagya LOL

  • Black, taht's soooo original

  • judging by the arab's looks, i'd say he was a few months to a year old.

    very pretty arabian

  • I'd say 10-14 months.

  • is the young black stallion an arabian horse? 0_o

  • Yes...but he was played by nine different horses, one of which was a Thoroughbred, but all the others were purebred arabians, like him..

  • I hate the girl's acting - but thanks for posting - it's a cute movie

  • y? ??

  • becasue - she's not a good actor - she's always sooo fake - you don't want it to look like you're posing every time you make a move - you don't want it to look rehearsed - the actor's goal is to make their part look soo smooth and intense and realistic - so that it seems as though they were going through the scenario for the first time and don't know what's going to happen...

    she didn't capture this

  • well i guess shes not the best actress ive seen

  • She's not a professional actress. Her friend's mother found an audition call for an Arab looking girl who could ride really well. They were going more for riding ability and appearance, not acting ability. So I wouldn't expect her to be great. She'd never done acting prior to this.

  • I see... thank you for posting

  • I am crying

  • i love it

  • such a cute lil movie!!
