I stopped trying to argue with naive individuals a long time ago when it comes to bashing the Greek system. My experience as a Tri Delta has been incredible, particularly the friendships. And part of the reason I chose to join Tri Delta in the first place is because of how passionate I am about our philanthropy.

to everyone bashing sororities: theres nothing like being in a sorority. Philanthropy FOR INSTANCE. did you know tri delts have a whole floor at the St. Judes childrens cancer research hosptial. did you KNOW that we donate money to help research cancer. I was able to see sorority life from inside and ouside perspectives so please before you say that theres absolutely nothing speical about sororities, think a little bit harder. We're helping cure cancer. What are you doing for society?

You might not think there is something special about being in a sorority-- that's fine. And though I can only speak for myself, I believe most sorority girls don't look down on people just because they didn't go greek. However, I think its important for people with the same opinions as you to realize that women who are in sororities put so much heart and soul in to them that they can't help but have a little pride. I think tri delt is a great chapter on our campus!
