Baluchistan is an AREA a part of pakistan! It belongs to every pakistani citizen. Everyone in pakistan can therefore go there and take and utilize the natural resources there! If the pakistani population in baluchistan educate themselves propely and start thier own businesses in minerals then they can certainly also benefit from it.

Baluchistan is an AREA a part of pakistan! It belongs to every pakistani citizen. Everyone in pakistan can therefore go there and take and utilize the natural resources there! Minerals taken from Federal area in baluchistan do not belong to the private pakistani citizen living there, instead it belongs to the company which have agreement with the pakistani state. It is the way all over the world. One dont get anything for free in this world by sitting on his/her ass! One have to work for it by proper legal ways (education, starting buisness, sharing the wealth through employment and taxation).
