fresh fruits and veggies everyday a mixture of some sort of specialized diet. (usually bml) protien which comes from meal worms, and yogurt. calcium which you usually use a suppliment and sprinkle on or in food. and once or twice a week some sort of glider nectar. and leae glider pellets available for them to snack on during the day as they wake up and go back to sleep.

and of course their protein that can consist of mealworms, chicken baby food, or boiled eggs...etc
