To be honest, I always wondered that. While Stephen Marley looks more like his mother Rita than Bob, you can still tell he's one of Bob's sons. But with Julian, there's very few of the telltale Marley signs. He's much taller than the other sons, much skinnier, and he's the least reminiscent visually of Bob. One could argue all the other Marley sons are handsome in their own right, but Julian's just goofy-looking. Not knowing what his mom looks like, perhaps he took on Bob's white side.
