Most people won't get the toilet seat and flush sequences, but this is a visual reference to Joe Meek's unusual recording techniques. He used the sound of a flushing toilet for the rocket sounds in "Telstar" which was perhaps his biggest hit.

Great distinctive souns. I heard a lot about the Beat Boys around 1960ish. In fact I thought they were from my home town, Wigan, as they appeared regularly at the 'OLD HALL' in Ince. I was much too young to see them myself. But it seems they came from 'next door' in Leigh. I've been trying to find 'That's My Plan, for ages, without success, so if anyone can, please upload it. Many thanks for uploading this one
