Many Persian scholars and philosopher etc. such as Avicenna, came from what is modern day Afghanistan. You cannot claim that one is the true land of the Aryans. Tajiks are Aryans too, they share a common heritage with the Persians of Iran- hence the langauge Dari- which means "royal courts" or "courtly" in old Persian, describing their language.
