  • A man saved ! Praise God !

  • Yeah!!! Great job Holy Spirit, and saints!! Wohoo another one bites the bread! *boom boom boom* another bites the bread! lol. great job guys

  • I can't imagine how God feels when a young man like that steps forward, with a sunken heart, ready to accept Jesus with his own will. The creator is something isn't he? To create all of this just for moments like this to happen..... he will never cease to amaze me, I love him.

  • The only problem I have had with people that call themselves "evangelists" is when my best friends body returned home from iraq, and people were preaching that he was a sinner, during his funeral, and that being a solider was being sinful. I asked who they were, and they said "we are evangelists". I grew hateful of them...never had a problem before then....is this true? To protect your country, and lay down your life so you can preach is a sin?

  • It is a sin to kill anyone period. Jesus didn't say to kill your enemies or kill your neighbor. Jesus said to love your enemies and pray for them. Jesus said to turn the other cheek, not shoot back with an M16A2. Jesus said to love your neighbor as yourself. Do you want to be killed? Than don't kill someone else.

Don't you understand that when you kill someone that you are sending them into eternity and most likely to Hell. Does your conscience really sit well with that?

  • I dont want to kill..but if I go to war, like my friend, and try to keep peace, without the use of a weapon, and likely be shot at, instinct would be to fire back, even if it is to just scare them off.

  • Don't go to war then my friend. Obey God over men. I would encourage you to check out a book called, "Change of Allegiance". It is about an Army husband and wife (they were both in) who came to the conclusion that killing was wrong. They got out of the military out of obedience to Jesus...

  • Unfortunetly, I made that choice. I entered enlistment, and did ask if that if after I go through basic and my MOS, will I be sent over. He told me most likely yes, but on the grounds on the embassy, not in the battlefield.

I am a catholic, and have been an alter boy for 13 years. If this changes a persons view on a profession, which mine will probably be just patrolling the grounds and asking for security clearance, then I am sorry.

  • You have to answer to God, not me. If you feel comfortable standing before God as a murderer (if you have killed) instead of getting out of the military and obeying God, then so be it. It's your choice...

  • @skellys3

I have a question then, if someone convinces me to kill someone are they also guilty of that murder?

  • @ViCe1986 They do have some accountability for teaching you lies, but if you are the one who has actually committed the act, then YOU are the one guilty of murder...

  • @skellys3

So if I give you a gun and convince you to murder someone I am innocent of murder is what you are saying?

  • @ViCe1986 First of all, you would never "convince me of murder". Secondly, for you to "convince" anyone is not for you to "cause" someone to murder. You can only be an "influence" to someone else. You can't "make" anyone murder someone else. Murdering someone is a free will choice. Therefore, NO, you would not by guilty of "murder". BUT, you would be held accountable to some degree...

  • @skellys3

Ok lets clarify what I am saying, let's say you are my slave or servant (I know slavery and servitude is illegal but humor me) I give you a sword and order you to murder someone on my behalf.

Since you are indebted to me your are bound to obey my orders, and murder the innocent victim. Is the master just as guilty of murder as the servant since it is the masters will fulfilled through the servant who is bond to obey?

  • @ViCe1986 I'd tell you know and let you kill me/beat me/whatever before I would obey a command to sin against God. I will obey God before I ever obey man and that should be the heart of every Christian...

  • @skellys3

Skelly ur wrong dude. Sometimes people get into situations like that...that's just how the world works. We're all subjected to it.

How about you tell the guy who has killed in war how he can be saved....through Christ.

  • I'm "wrong" about what? Please tell me. And what are you talking about, "this is how the world works". I thought we weren't supposed to be worldly...

I'm not even addressing people who "just get into situations like that". I'm addressing a young man who CHOSE to join the military. This young man has watched the video and therefore knows how to be "saved...through Christ." Besides, me telling him to repent of killing people is part of salvation. If he doesn't repent of it, he won't be saved!

  • @BlenderMan

Thanks for that support, but skelly and you are both partly correct. If I kill, I kill, If I dont, I would still be dead, I have prayed day in and day out that I wont have to use my weapon, but when time comes, I have come to terms with it. If I do kill, I will say prayers day after day to allow that man to enter gods realm, at the cost of my own soul..

I get shipped out 2 weeks from now to Afghanistan,

  • I think that I've said all that needs to be said on this issue. I pray that you will obey God over man. Repent and get out of the Army!

  • @skellys3

Please tell me the verse where Christ tells us the serving our nation is a sin?

  • @ViCe1986 I've never said that "serving out nation" is a sin. I've only ever said that sinning for our nation is a sin!

  • @skellys3

So what is the sin in serving your nation?

  • @ViCe1986 Killing for your nation...

  • @skellys3

So then you must agree the Simon Peter is damned to hell as well as the rest of the 12 Apostles. They all carried weapons with the intent to kill if needed to protect Christ from his enemies. Peter attacked the high priests soldiers who assaulted Christ in Gethsemane.

He is obviously a damned sinner for defending his lord and savior and I am sure you are happy that he is burning in hell?

  • @ViCe1986 WRONG! Peter repented of his sin. You said, that all 12 Apostles "carried weapons with the intent to kill if needed to protect Christ from his enemies". You're joking, right? Please, tell me where the Bible says ANY of this. What was Jesus' reaction to Peter when he assaulted the servant in the Garden of Gethsemane? Just like Peter repented and found mercy, so can any killer repent of his killing (STOP IT) and find mercy from God...

  • The power of life and death belongs in the hands of God alone, not yours or mine. We need to obey God, not man. We need to obey God no matter the cost to us. Killing others is not obeying God...

  • May God bless you, I will pray for you Kerrigan Skelly! and the rest called to the same. your boldness is encouraging... and even though some may not appreciate what you do, and what God does through you, it is worth it for even one person, as in this vid, is saved through Christ. Rejoice when persecuted my brother! For it means you are having an effect! again, I will pray for you and those called as you! God bless.

  • Thank you for your prayers and encouragement. God Bless...

  • Awesuuuum! =D

  • could you be more specific and tell me like where in the bible? i really want to know because im alway trying to make sure that im getting the right info because i love Jesus and i want to follow him in the right way and i think your doing a great job and God Bless you :)

  • Where in the Bible is what?

  • im a christain but i was wondering y do you no like Joel Osteen or some of those preachers on TBN? i just heard says something about them on another vid that not to listen to them i was wondering y?

  • They are false teachers. They teach that God wants everyone to be rich and healthy. This isn't true and isn't Biblical...

  • What An Awesome God We Serve!

  • what a scary fellow.....

I prefer sinner and hell to be that annoying...

  • Then that is what you will get sinner. I pity you though. Why would you reject the grace, love and mercy of God through His Son Jesus Christ for a little bit of sin...a little bit of pleasure...and an eternal Hell in the end? What not rather stop your sinning and follow the Lord Jeus? He died for you, won't you live for Him? He is worthy!

  • Nice one faithful brother

  • Hallelujah.

  • Praise God Brothers,

This witness brings fresh air to me of my preaching, teaching, and reaching out to sinners and lost sheep.

This is an encouragement for me to continue strong. Thanks

  • Praise the Lord! Glad this encourages you. That's one of the reasons that we post these videos. God Bless...

  • Hallelujah, glory be to God!

    That is awesome!

    Praise the Lord.

I have prayed for that man.

    God Bless you.

    Rob
