Hi. An online review I read recently stated that the Pacific Reach is not a good fit for riders under 5'10''. Would you agree? I haven't actually seen one in the flesh but am considering purchasing one online.
I love catching air on the IF Reach. The bike is a blast to ride and the IF Reach DC (the 42 lb folding electric bike that cruises @ 19mph)- it puts a whole new spin on bicycle commuting. Fast, fun and agile with an unbelievable cruising range and speed...
Very nice! you should join the facebook Fan Page (Search "Pacific Reach" on facebook) and post some pics :) there is about 200 pics there for inspiration too.
@karlgw I overtake plenty of fixies on my rides, they dont like being overtaken by folding bikes.. I wonder why?
I have tried my bosses Moulton and the ride is very very similar ride, but the stability on the Reach is just amazing, I can go through speedbumps "I can ride my bike with no handlebars".
Did I mention that for the price of the Moulton you can buy 3 Reaches? ;)
@Juanikart yes, the Moultons can be a little pricy at the top of range - I understand the Flagship New Sereis Double Pylon will be retailing for over 14K this year - but the Pashley-build TSR series are closer to the Reach in price bracket. I own a Reach and love the ride, but the ride of a New Series is something else!
@Juanikart Sadly I don't own a New Series, although I have ridden one on a couple of occations. My Reach is the 18-speed Tiagra/Capreo-equipped Road version with the 2007 frame.

that must have upset the guy on the singlespeed/fixie who came out of the side road - serves him right for having such ridiculously large wheels ;-)
I think the Reach doesn't quite rival the Moultons' standards in terms of the quality of its suspension but a very nice ride non the less.
