Hey, if you haven't done so, I invite you to join a Salt water fish web site for more information. I use salt water fish dot com but there are plenty of them out there that would give you better insight on your tank. You can ask specific questions and get the answers really quick. This isn't spam or junk just trying to assist you to getting answers you are looking for.
i want saltwater i have a freshwater 20 gallon tank right now. i think i want a couple clowns a yellow tang and either a blue hippo tang or a nigger trigger both very small. what do you think. is there a huge diffrence between saltwater and freshwater thats gunna kill me. i no salt and the conditions have to be perfect so can you help me
beautiful tank man gj on it.....but yeah to many fish and also if u can paint the back of the tank to hide all the wires other then that good job oh i love that xena....i plan to put my 55 up very soon on youtube
Nice tank... my recommendations... get a black background... take off the sponge from your skimmer... its building up nutrients... you have too much fish to go reef take some out... sad you went with the seaclown skimmer... it doesn't work too well... need better skimmer for corals... overall not bad!
@janpi82 You shouldn't just consider the advice... A saltwater aquarium has specific rules regarding how many fish depending upon bio-load. 1 inch of fish per 5 gallons. in other words you should have 5 to 7 fish at the most. You don't have asufficiant filtration to keep this many fish, so the amonnia levels will be toxic. The live rock will help. The Skimmer you have is not good enough. You have many multiples of smaller fish. Your bioload is way TOO High.... How is it doing now??
chromis fish are damsels and your tank is over stocked but it looks nice. its the yellow tang who needs a bigger tank. i wouldnt add anymore fish, it looks good
your shit needs help it may look ok but you need way more flow of water for one and many more things to do to improve if it makes it that long

hi,
I really like your tank.
if you do not mind, would you please tell me what kind of light that you have in there?
I am in need of a new light for my 55 gallon salt water tank and wasn't sure which to buy. I really like the color of your light.
thank you
