The language was made up by the director David Slade and Danny Huston who played Marlow the lead vampire.

It's based on "The Language Of Angels" which is pretty hilarious.

I love this movie. It's better than Twilight.I think Twilight is a disgrace to the vampire genre.

Not only are these reviews educational (to those of us who know nothing about the film production side of it) but I had to chuckles about a couple of things from this review..... the summary of why vampires can't consume blood without getting it all over them and a fire chief in a frozen tundra land and what fire wouldn't extinguish itself! Now, this is FUNNY stuff! Great review!

Awesome. I am like only the 3rd person in the US to not have seen this film yet. I have a BluRay player and have been debating on buying it. Now, it's Friday, I've been paid, and you've made my mind up. Thanks!

One last thing. Ben Foster...plays the same character in every movie he's been in, except for that teen comedy with Sisqo and Xmen Last Stand. Why is that? Is he type cast, or does he just enjoy it? Though, he is very good at it.

He reminds me of Giovanni Ribisi but less retarded. What I don't get about Foster is, why does he have so much TV on his resume after doing so many big films? I would never do TV unless it was a guest spot on South Park or Family Guy. I LOOK GOOD ANIMATED.

Giovanni is a great example. He always plays the "confused acting", stuttering, torn type role. The only film he wasn't that, was Gone in 60 Seconds.

I think I'll pass on this film. I'll stick with John Carpenter's Vampires instead. Great review. This film seems average at best.
