  • my mom named me after him :)))

  • Comment removed

  • The lady giving him orders should give him some more interesting orders.

  • His smirk... OMG love love... such a teaser...

  • female boner

  • I predict he will become a big star

  • Oh what wouldn't I give for a man like that...

  • He found a drunk lady on the way home from school one day and he brought her home to his parents so he could take care of her. I would have been proud of my kid if he had done something like that.

  • damn he was so sexy!

  • He's got the cutest speaking voice when they interview him.

  • @pouchfreeman He was an amazing combination of male and female, huge male energy but also female...he was bi too, which makes sense.

  • ‎"Never confuse the size of your paycheck with the size of your talent."

    -Marlon Brando

  • Damn!! my ovaries!!

  • @LuluHeeNim Like even though I'm a gay lesbian Like this guy is the most totally awesome actor I've ever seen! Like I don't care about his cock only his technique. Like totally fantabulous awesome whatever!

  • @LuluHeeNim Ahhh, that was great. I actually "lol'd" at your comment.

  • What a man, what a man, what a man, what a mighty good man.

  • James Franco looks like him.

  • @BahLamine are you blind ?

  • @123ugugu No. Are you a douche?

  • @BahLamine then you must be retarded. No and learn to take a question right.

  • @123ugugu then you must be pretty stupid. Learn to ask better questions.

  • @BahLamine haha you made my day

  • @123ugugu Well, thanks then.

  • the ending is the best part, he's so cute! </3 his smile.

  • chuck norris gotnothing on marlon brando

  • Oh...be still my beating heart...

  • Brando: could portray a teenager on film better than an actual teenager could.

    Yes, there are no words.

  • 3:55 <3

  • This was him auditioning for some studio. It's interesting because he had never done any film credits prior to this, just stage. You can see how young and unexposed to the industry he was with his mannerism (such as laughing while showing his silhouette). It's kinda too bad he turned into a fat, bumbling bleeding heart show. Whereas Dean is immortalized as the young, angst ridden varsity stud, Brando's earlier work sometimes gets overshadowed by some less than agreeable late career slumps.

  • lichy called, abdicates the throne, and gave me a kiss

  • an awful lot like Mont Cliff. I never realized that til now. :DDD

  • I just finished a Brando biography called "Somebody: the reckless life and remarkable career of Marlon Brando" and trust me, he was not gay or bi. It's true that he loved the attention he received from both sexes, but he was definitely into the ladies, thousands of them.

  • Ha he knows he's hot lol :D

  • so handsome.. though i wonder was he gay?.

  • @chessnuts101 He was bi

  • he is a black irish

    love love love em

  • @elenavlada

Black Irish? What the FUCK are you talking about?

  • @NellaN1337 well wut FUCK are you doing here, your should research it.

  • @NellaN1337

He was of mixed background, like German, Dutch etc. To call him just Irish is dumb.

  • What a cutie pie! Just just finished watching him with Johnny Depp on Don Juan DeMarco...two cutie pies in one film! You gotta love them!!!

  • there should also be no comments.

  • He's the world's most interesting man....

  • what a bad ass

  • I hate his stupid face! Lol

  • No one should be allowed to be that gorgeous!

  • @FoxyOne5 I know. It's not fair, lol.

  • My three favourite film actors are: Brando, De Niro, and Pacino. Not sure in what order, lol. They are all great in their own way.

  • @lewars1912 Those are also mine, and pretty much should be everyones.

Throw Nicholson up there as well for me and, like you, can't decide a order. But nobody tops those 4.

  • @Hamhark98 Great film actor. I think if I was to choose my three favourite Nicholson movies they would be Five Easy Pieces, One Flew Over the Cuckoo's Nest, and Chinatown.

  • He was a great film actor because he always held back. He didn't seem like he was acting, because he "under acted" which is what the camera wants. On the stage, one has to "over act" which is what an audience wants. Brando knew how to combine both for the camera. By the way, the first man you see in this screen test is Peveril Marley, (cinematographer and first husband of screen goddess Linda Darnell, one of Hollywood's most beautiful actresses. Pev and Linda eloped to Vegas...the lucky bum !

  • he looks so handsome in a suit! <3

  • So they casted James Dean instead of Brando?

  • @MissKaleighI In Wikipedia it says that Brando WASN'T auditioning here for Rebel Without A Cause. Google "wiki rebel without a cause" which explains it.

  • his dimples make me scream haha

  • Comment removed

  • HNGH.

  • I think what made him such a great actor was how before his time he was. The passionate, edgy quality he had back then wasn't the norm in that era. Nowadays there's a lot more acceptance and commonality towards that style of acting, but in the prudish film days of the 50's it was something brand new. Go Marlon, go!

  • quite a good looking man!!!

  • <3 It's weird how much he reminds me of Franco in the last minute of this.

  • @speechmaker1

they are both born under Aries....

  • @speechmaker1 You mean how much Franco reminds you of him my friend. Not the other way round.

  • @sircusjynx ...touche. Touche. :D

  • The acting today has become alot more real. This isn't the absolute thruth of the scene. The way they move, the way they kiss, they way they talk. Acting has definately changed and found a more realistic sense. Brando was the godfather of acting for his time.

  • Now that is some pure Stanislavskij method acting right there :)

  • Acting? No he's living the character!

  • That looks an awful lot like Nick Ray from .05 to .08 walking behind the sign. Excellent upload and glad to see it. Thank you

  • Brando was so ahead of his time. Brando was so ahead of our time, for that matter.

  • Yeah! Go Brando!

  • Brand was to masculine for this role - Dean was perfect because he was somewhat effeminate. The screen blistered when Mineo and Dean looked at each other - dont think it would have worked the same with Brando's manliness.

  • That eyeroll on 4:02......

  • @3215murph I would have tried. And I definitely would never marry someone like that. No woman sees a potential future with a player, and if they do they are insanely stupid and blinded.

  • *drooling* O.o

  • Comment removed

  • @3215murph because he had three wives & a total of 13 children.. 10 of which were from his three marriages and three children from other women. He is the ultimate manwhore.

  • misterious when acting and in reality too wierd but he just takes your mind and makes you curious he never reads a line that makes you not care or feel something, brando is unique.

  • Brando and Katharine Hepburn most probably turned down the AFI award when offered. It doesn't make sense that they'd be overlooked.

  • Marlon was extremely good looking but he was a huge manwhore.... so not my favorite.....

  • sukinsyn ależ on zmienia te miny :D

  • He's so effin hot...

  • the most handsome and the sexiest man who ever walk on earth.

  • That's one sexy ass man.

  • what year?

  • I adore him and am looking the video over and over again. Just can't get enough of him)

  • he was hooooot. that woman with her saggy mosquito-bite tits is getting on my nerves though.

  • One word: hyperventilate!

  • My Grandma still has a crush on him

  • @berisha10 I STILL HAVE A CRUSH ON HIM!!!! :) and im 16

  • 4:10 unfffffffffffffffffffffffffffffff

  • A talkie! Oh, how the times are changing

  • the man's a fucking genius

  • DAMN what a Man.. hrrr

  • I love how he cracks up when she makes him turn profile and rotate

  • <3 <3 wow marlon he was just so cute <3

  • I like Brando's personal complexities and view of the system etc

  • marlon was 5'8 not 5'10 !!........but he was a great actor though!

  • god made him stunning. There is so much in this man. He's a stud!

  • why didn't he get the part!

  • @5sizes2big

He turned it down and never explained why in any interviews.

  • The Only other actor that i can think of that rivals Brando in Looks,

Is Paul Newman.. What a Man! both of em.

  • :O He makes my heart jump!

  • @getgeet7 That's what I said. Pay attention, dude.

  • My God, he seems like such a humble, sweet guy. What happened that he seems so different after A Streetcar Named Desire? The confidence(cockiness?) of fame, perhaps? I think (correct me if im wrong) that he hadn't broken his nose yet, so maybe that's why his voice sounds so different here. But that macho aggressiveness, the cockiness that he would project later on and off the screen, I don't see that here. That animal magnetism and the vulnerability are though. Very interesting. ;)

  • @dizzy365 Interesting.

  • wow, i would like to have him on the casting couch!! he was so hot!

  • This Marlon Brando dude could have been a good actor if he stuck with it...HA!

He was quite a physical specimen and a gifted actor but he ruined acting forever because of all the horrible imitators that now plague Hollywood but don't have his natural talent and genius instincts. SO many lousy imitators today... I also like Humphrey Bogart. That dude was cooooool. And James Cagney! And Jack Lemon... and John Wilkes Booth!...

  • ah god. that face. he knows what he's doing... effin genius.

  • I've only known Marlon Brando as the Godfather but he was a hunk in his younger days.Wow

  • My mother told me I look like "Marlon Brandon" in "Streetcar Named Desire" when I get mad, didn't know Marlon Brando but I guess it's a compliment.

  • @Z0Dll

u don't know marlon brando ?? he is best actor in the history

  • This dude and Elvis are the best looking american men in history

  • The eye roll... Jsjdbdk

  • He has the whole Mike Tyson lisp going on...lol...

  • I loved it when he rolled his eyes and that smile. goregous

  • I can't stop watching. And not even cuz he's an absolute Adonis. His acting is mesmerizing enough. Especially considering how acting in those days was nothing like this.

  • He was haawwwwwt. He was soo-o-o pretty.

  • He was haawwwwwt.

  • i'm 2 years old and i think brando puts all our modern actors to SHAME

  • @hjastroi he puts everyone to shame

  • @hjastroi You post pretty well for a 2-year-old!

  • why can't anyone on youtube ever praise one person without slagging off someone one else. Why not say Marlon Brando was an amazing looking actor without saying that Tom Cruise or Johnny Depp is as ugly as shit? Is it impossible to see good qualities

in more than one person at a time ?

  • im one of the most straight women obsessed guys but damn ive got to admit Marlon Brando was a very good looking sexy guy, in a non gay way

  • He is most good looking actor there ever was and ever will be.

  • "Now would you turn your head for us?"

Ehm what about: "Now would you take your shirt off for us?"

  • Marlon Brando made me gay for him for 5 minutes and 5 seconds, lol

  • 2:54 - 3:03 - reminds me of DiCaprio acting..

  • @gskowal exactly what i was thinking!

  • oohhh my god...he's SOOOOOO fine!!!

  • he has a very wussy voice.

  • @krahsloop he made up with it with all the chicks he banged

  • "When Marlon Brando did a five-minute screen test for the studio in 1947, he was given fragments of one of the 1940s partial scripts. However, Brando was not auditioning for Rebel Without a Cause and there was no offer of any part made by the studio. The film, as it later appeared, was the result of a totally new script written in the 1950s that had nothing to do with the Brando test.

  • Just melted into a puddle, he's flawless.

  • oh my god!!!! what a wonderful kisses!!!

  • Dakiti, YES his you assessed his smile wonderfully. It DOES remind me of James Franco. What a sexy, sexy man. Mmmm

  • OH MY GODDDDDDDDDDDDDD !!!!!!!!!!!!!111111111

  • He was sooooo HOT, especially when he rolled his eyes @ 4:02 !!!

  • GODDAMN! That smile could cure hunger in Africa. That voice, my god he's so perfect.

  • The Greatest

  • drool...

  • it's cute when he bites his lip..

  • at 3:50 and after, his smile reminds me of James Franco

innocent but devious and completely seductive

    OMG

  • 4:02 OMFG. died.

  • i never knew brando had lisp

  • brad pitt is a total idiot. reynolds had the look but couldnt act, newman could act but wasnt as handsome as brando

  • @nickjames46 Newman not as handsome as Brando? Are you kidding me? I bet most women would choose Paul over Marlon if asked.

  • O MAIOR ATOR DO PLANETA.... A QUALIDADE SUPERIOR DE SUA ARTE E INQUESTIONAVEL.... MARLON BRANDO E SIMPLESMENTE SENSACIONAL, JAMAIS EXISTIRA OUTRO IGUAL!!!!

  • @foggynight1000

this screen test in 1947, Marlon was will play the role in this movie, but the director chose James Dean after years of this screen test, I do not know why!.

  • lame ass depressed emo rebel who complains to women was never Brando's style.

  • I think he's possibly the best actor of all time... As Martin Scorsese said: "He is the marker. There's (before Brando) and (after Brando)".

  • ohhh my goodness.

  • Unnffffffff, Jesus take the wheel!! Marlon was so effing HOT!!!! unf unf I can't even!

  • The downside is he makes every other actor in the scene seem like an actor.

  • talking about screen magnetism

  • Thanks for posting this, I'm a huge fan!

  • hehehe I'm glad James Dean got the part because he only live until he was 26 I do believe and the role put him to legend status. Marlon would not need this role anyway he went on to leading man history!! Anyhow isn't he delicious??!!

  • HEYYY is it just me are does MARLON HAVE AN ACCENT anyways i'm not judgeing if he has an accent i think it's an adorable accent(has some big cute brown eyes and some nice lips to bad they don't make em like that)

  • He's the most handsome actor I've ever seen. Brb faint

  • I need to build a time machine ASAP!!

  • If you like this kind of stuff, check out my short film- youtube search- the call by chris gross. check it out!!

  • honestly, i just want to jump into the screen, send that bitch home and do him right nooooow....

    he's so freakin gorgeous .. !!!

  • They don't make men like these anymore.

  • A great,rear find!

  • Gosh! i wanna caress his face and kiss it all. hahahaha

  • his speech here is loud and clear but in his interview in 1965 (ithink) on youtube he mumbles and has sort of a high pitch mumble? was that on purpose?

  • @rileyjsg not really, no. he had a deep, growing cynicism about himself and everything else around that time. It was in his late 40s that he started becoming less of what he was, he sort of lost interest in everything and nothing impressed him. it's hard to be pleasant with that state of mind.

  • Comment removed

  • holy shit what a fucking hunk he makes BRAD PITT look like SHIT in comparison ..holy sweet mother of Jesus ...Can he be any more Sexier?!

  • @SiisiiLovESMJ Back then had the most gorgeous actors ever. Marlon Brando, Paul Newman and Rock Hudson to name a few. I never saw what the fuss over Brad Pitt was about. His looks are nothing special.

  • @SiisiiLovESMJ OMG! i never felt more stupid watching a youtube video. he makes me so nervous and jittery. i want him so bad.

  • @SiisiiLovESMJ he was a great actor that is the difference between him and bubble gum-chewing mouth-breethers like Tom Cruise and Brad Pitt.

  • @SiisiiLovESMJ

There's nothing holy coming out of your mouth darlin', just a lot of poo I wouldn't hold in my hands let alone allow in or out of my mouth. How could you even compare Brando with Pitt? They're not even in the same league by any stretch. He might be compared with Val Kilmer, or Bruce willis. But truly, Brando stood in a class of his own.
