I think the vita needs more games, and the ps3 menu system, and an option to use the buttons in the menu...... screen gets to greasy.......... and the internet scrolling is not fast for the powerful specs it boasts. Anyway its good but it needs work!

I got a PSV on launch (WiFi version, fuck 3G), and I like it so far. Only thing is that it's a wee bit cramped on the right. The buttons and the stick are too close together, and really starts to hurt when trying to sideswipe in ModNation Racers: Road Trip. Also, and this is likely as much me getting used to the hardware as anything else, it takes me a bit to get my thumbs centered again after using the touch. Can be distracting at times.
I'm only joking, I think they're full of life and enthusiastic about their games, that guy at the end must have been 'shit faced' "high definition beers" haha =/

Personally I think the PSVita is to powerful, I would prefer a smaller device, longer battery life, something much cheaper. I love the older 16-bit games, just doing that with some more advantaced tech would be awesome. I really don't want to pull out a full console 1080p game when I'm on a bus or waiting for school. I want to catch a pokemon, use some homebrew or apps, and watch the youtubes.

@TBV121 Actually, the Eee Pad is considered a gaming tablet for a reason. Its processor is equal to, if not greater than, the Vitas. It also comes standard with a key board dock, with physical keys and a mouse pad. Also, you could purchase actual gaming controllers for it to play games on it. You android is a smartphone, so it's not really meant to be the best when you're playing games, even though it could play most games fairly well.
@VKSmovies If it has a separate controller, that's fine but it ruins its portability. And if it has a processor beyond Vita's 2.0GHz then it is very powerful. But I would not get an Eee Pad just for gaming. Getting a Vita would be cheaper.

i own a 3ds right now but im also thinking of a vita. By the looks of it, the vita seems like its a more complete system at launch, seems to have alot more promising titles. The 3ds launch library was terrible. If you ask me, its right nwo that things are really starting to heat up on the 3ds.
I am a completely neutral gamer who plays all games. Please stop arguing about which console or console manufacturer is better. They're all amazing for different reasons. Why argue about which consoles are better when you can play them all? @TheGuy0fSoccer I used Gyroscope aiming for RE:R, Works perfectly. I forgot I was even using a gyro after a while, and it's actually really precise and easy to aim, even when sitting down.
There's many options for controls for shooters, touch screen, gyro, Metroid Prime 1-3 controls (one analogue and works perfectly).
And now if you don't like any of those options, you can buy a 2nd circle pad.
@Badham94 the only problem with the gyro controls is that they are difficult to use in a car, and the touch screen is hard to use because you can only touch what it in the screen and you can''t really aim behind you, but the main point of my comment was that Nintendo made an obvious design flaw that Sony had already fixed

I was just saying that you don't NEED a second analogue stick, if developers know what they're doing, they can make just as good a game with one stick. But that's the problem, the majority of third party developers don't know how to use alternative control methods.

@FFFan3445 I wasn't denying that 2 analogue sticks are normally better for many games. I was just saying that there have been many games that have been fantastic without two analogue sticks. I'll throw an example out there, Metroid Prime 1-3, the Metroid Prime series is still considered one of the best FPS games and they only used one analogue stick.
RE:R was perfect with one analogue stick (I didn't buy the CPP because I'm fine without it, so I don't know if it made it any better)

It has 1GB of memory while the vita has 512MB.
It has a quad core just like the vita.

It has an NVIDIA Tegra 3 while vita has an A9 Arm-cortex.

1. The extra 3 quarters of RAM on that android device is not for games
2. If you are familiar with hardware functionality, the processor determines smooth gaming, not the RAM
3. Not many people find touch controls suitable for all games.
4. On my android device (HTC 3D- RAM-1GB, CPU-1.2GHZ) games sometimes lag due to background processes.

@TBV121 Actually, the Eee Pad is considered a gaming tablet for a reason. Its processor is equal to, if not greater than, the Vitas. It also comes standard with a key board dock, with physical keys and a mouse pad. Also, you could purchase actual gaming controllers for it to play games on it. You android is a smartphone, so it's not really meant to be the best when you're playing games, even though it could play most games fairly well.

@TheGuy0fSoccer I used Gyroscope aiming for RE:R, Works perfectly. I forgot I was even using a gyro after a while, and it's actually really precise and easy to aim, even when sitting down.
There's many options for controls for shooters, touch screen, gyro, Metroid Prime 1-3 controls (one analogue and works perfectly).
And now if you don't like any of those options, you can buy a 2nd circle pad.

I was just saying that you don't NEED a second analogue stick, if developers know what they're doing, they can make just as good a game with one stick. But that's the problem, the majority of third party developers don't know how to use alternative control methods.
But I do agree that there should have been one on the 3DS to begin with.

@FFFan3445 I wasn't denying that 2 analogue sticks are normally better for many games. I was just saying that there have been many games that have been fantastic without two analogue sticks. I'll throw an example out there, Metroid Prime 1-3, the Metroid Prime series is still considered one of the best FPS games and they only used one analogue stick.
RE:R was perfect with one analogue stick (I didn't buy the CPP because I'm fine without it, so I don't know if it made it any better)
