I dont like Bush as much as the next guy, but this is protocol. He greeted all 19 of them individually upon their arrival and shook their hands. In this video they are greeting each other, and he is the host, so he doesn't shake hands (again). The only thing sad about it are you fools

The people seen shaking hands here had not yet greeted one another prior to this photo op.
