Das hat den Großteil der Zendernbestände Chinas gekostet. Es wurde soviel Holz für den Bau der Flotte verbraucht, dass man um 1470 gar keine Schiffe mehr hätte bauen können. Ein größenwahnsinniges Projekt wie so viele in der Geschichte der Menschheit. Weshalb man hier so ergebenen Respekt zollt bleibt mir ein Rätsel. @netinfinity3 In a way, you are correct - China fought best against Chinese, because that's how China was unified. Unless the warlords were defeated, nation building could not take place. Having said that, once united, Vietnam or Yuenan was invaded and seized by France. It was originally part of China, but was made into a puppet state or colony of a foreign imperialist power.

well you have to be know chinese history and culture to know the answer, there's many reason why china got defeated by the normad, european and japanese. government corruption, fraction among chinese themself which lead to civil war, emperor was blind to put wrong people in high official government that lead to destruction of china which emperor had no clue, such imcompetent of a man with superior power in hand use it to enjoy, and manipulate instead of strengtening the country.
