NG2 for the 360 is better for one reason alone, its harder. No matter what difficulty level you play it at, limbs come off much easier in the ps3 version, which means you can do obliterations techs earlier and kill opponents much easier. Ninja Gaiden is famous because of its difficulty, and the ps3 version waters it down.
